I was blown away by the amazing customer service experience I had while visiting the drive-thru on 5/10/17 around 10am. I wanted to use the Starbucks App on my phone to pay because I had a free beverage birthday reward (I made sure to order a pricey drink). The handsome young man at the drive-thru window was very patient and friendly as I struggled to get the app working. When he finally scanned the app off my phone, I was so disappointed to find that the time to redeem the free drink had expired... apparently I had to use it within 7 days of my birthday. My disappointed showed. This employee then wished me a happy belated birthday and gave me my pricey drink for free anyhow. I left that drive-thru beaming. What a great start to my day! Definitely an experience worth a 5-star review.

We dont live in area so dropped by this location on our way out of town. Very disappointing. Infact, I have been to hundreds of Starbucks in my life and never was treated so rudely. After she told me they were out of like 4 different things (sandwiches, green tea, etc) the lady helping me made a comment this this happens almost daily. After I suggested she should maybe talk to a manager about that. She literally laughed and said "that will never happen and that would be the day." Just thought I would post and will email Starbucks as well. She barely made eye contact with me then messed up my order and didnt even apologize. Was quite shocking. Be careful with this location hopefully they get some help in there. Glad we dont ever have to go back!

Consistent. As in: - Speed of service is dependably comparable to continental drift. - Side-eye/glares/rude tone is as good as guaranteed. We get it, 10 and Greenfield. Youre busy in the morning. That fact, however, does not enable or empower you to render such poor service - I will drive out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

I love this place so much. I love Starbucks in general. They always will have this delicious temperary fraps. My fav is ombre pink drink or a plain old pink drink.
