My family and I are in here at least once a week usually with good service and food.Today that changed. Went in to order a sandwich and the lady at the register while waiting tobtake my order was picking and scratching her arms. She then took a napkin and was picking and scratching her nose ring. The other employee clearly saw my disgust and said nothing. She took my money gave change and kept picking at herself. She continued this until I left. This Einsteins has weathered changes over the years. But this compounded with the fact that there are never more then 3 maybe 4 flavors of bagels after 1pm just topped the scales. I work in food service. I was mortified. I hope the owners/managers see this.

I ordered an asparagus mushroom and Swiss and told them its for here. The worker made it and put it in a bag, making me feel like she didnt want me to stay. I asked her for a tray and as I sat down and took my first bite, I noticed the cheese was not melted and the asparagus was not cooked. There was something cold in my mouth. I took the bagel back to the worker and she said shed remake it. I told her I wanted my money back and she didnt know how to refund me. The other worker didnt know how to refund me either. They finally found someone who did know how to refund. As I was leaving, she giggled "bye" as if the whole situation was funny. Wont be coming back here again. Disgusting.

very disappointed. I went in today for their National bagel day "free bagel with a shmear" and they tell me I have to buy something first to get a free bagel. It dosent say that on the coupon, which they didnt even ask for. So I bought another bagel. Got home and order was also wrong. So I drove somewhere that was out of my way today to get a free bagel and ended up paying for something I didnt even order... wont ever go here again

Worst ever. Standard lack of communication and forgotten orders while you stand there for 20 mins patiently watching everyone who ordered after you get their food. The manager didnt even apologize while issuing the refund - the kid at the counter did, but it wasnt his fault. Never going to another Einstein again.

I feel like this place is home mostly because I had to wait in line so long I just bought part of the land to Live on. If you like Bagels its the right place for you. If you dont like Bagels, I really dont know what to tell you, why did you even look this place up?

The bagels are ok. Mine seemed a little tough. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar on a plain bagel. It was dry and tough. For the $5 for the sandwich I would of expected more. The prices are a bit high for what they offer. I wont be coming back.

I had the Green Chili Club and Buttery Caramal coffee and both were good, service was speedy and enviroment was confortable. Also they allowed me to replace my bagal with a top shelf bagal because they didnt have the kind I desired.

Service is always slow. It appears as though they are short handed. They are courteous and polite, but always slow. I go there on a limited basis ever since they eliminated the honor system for coffee.

This place scremed random equations at me which were all wrong and made me fail my physics 2 final and ruin my life. But its still better than McDonalds which just hisses at me.

I go here at least once a week. Love it! Get the honey whole wheat bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Excellent! And the Mudslide cookies are awesome.
