Ive never had any major problems with Starbucks before. This one however.. I ordered a custom hot tea and the bacon egg bites. I had a little cough in the middle of the order, but I paused and repeated "bacon gruyere egg bites" immediately. Apparently she went with what she thought I said the first time and put in bacon Gouda egg sandwich. I made the mistake of refusing a receipt, so when I got the sandwich I was confused. I told the barista that I had wanted the egg bites, not the sandwich and she said "well those two things are completely different" in an accusing tone, as if it was my fault. She did, somewhat grudgingly, put the egg bites in for me, but then my drink came up. Everytime Ive ordered it it has come out with a pink color since its primarily mint majesty and youthberry, but this one came out an opaque, light green, and, predictably, it tasted off. Unfortunately, by the time I noticed it I was already back on the road and didnt feel like driving back. I will definitely stick to the other Starbucks that I can get rely on for good service and great quality drinks.

I only give Starbucks 3 stars when I review them - its ok, with convenience and their rewards program being their main advantages. Coffee is meh and food is reheated frozen. I came here every morning for a week while visiting family in the area, and I just get up earlier than anyone else. What gets this location four stars is the staff. I watched interactions with their customers, and they really get it. They know the people, people know them. If Starbucks was smart they would study the staff here and figure out how to export what they have to all their locations.

They push you out before they close. They begin moping and putting up chairs an hour and half befor they close and if you are in one of the chairs they ask you to move while the mop they put the chairs up. I have been to many of the other surrounding Starbucks and this is the only one that does this. Another thing that has been done is there eyes rolled at me because I walked in 8 min before they closed I had to even ask if they were still open because from the outside they appear closes with the floors all moped and all the chairs up.

Best Customer Service! I travel a lot for work and I am a frequent Starbucks goer. I have never been to a more upbeat and friendly starbucks. I sat at the location for over an hour writing emails and making phone calls. During my time I noticed that the local staff tries to get to know there customer base and I even noticed them introducing themselves. Not only was the facility clean but they even tried to upsell when they could. I was very impressed and this staff deserves some recognition. Thanks for the postive experience!

I was disappointed in the service this morning.ive never been disappointed with Starbuck,but today I ordered on Starbucks app, came in and waited.now yes they were busy and I totally understand that but unfortunately my drink was done before I got there and I waited a good 5 mins in line before a lady picked it up from the side of the corner and called out what it was.so it wasnt even hot more like lukewarm...I left unsatisfied because they were busy and I needed to get to school.

I love coming to this Starbucks location. Even though they dont have a drive-thru, its worth going in to get your favorite beverage. The staff is very friendly, fun, and love to provide great service. The drinks are always made with excellence and is always a must-stop when going to or leaving the mall across the street.

Sorry for coming in 3 minutes before close! The barista was happy to help with our late-night caffeine needs even though it looked like everything was cleaned and shut down for the night. I dont like being "that guy," but I she insisted that it was okay to order still, so I got my sweet mocha and enjoyed every bit of it.

Staff is very friendly...but they need to staff more people this is the only one on my way to work and just to get a coffee it takes 20 min because they are always extremely understaffed..and this is every day!! I am starting to drive out of my way everyday because the one in Lincoln park is so much faster

Love this location. Semi small but even when crowded its still comfortable. The service is great, staff is nice and they make conversation and knows their regulars. Customers are diverse from high schoolers to professionals to older people just hanging out.
