Three coffees over three different days. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however, in all three examples no sugar was added to the coffee and only a small amount of cream. I requested extra sugar, three scoops, in every case, and politely requested that they make sure to add the extra sugar on the second attempt. At this point, I think it is important for the managers take a good look at what is not happening here and make the appropriate adjustments. I enjoy that this is close by, but cannot justify purchasing with service at its current state.

This is one of my FAVORITE Starbucks! They get my chai right EVERY time-its like magic in a cup! Ive never had a bad experience here, the baristas are always friendly and so fast, I cant even check my email before my drink is up. That rarely happens at a Starbucks!

As noted, this is the poorest of all the Starbucks I have been to. The staff seems unhappy and it shows. I have taken a drink from there and gotten a replacement at the Starbucks on Adams. I was told this has happened before by the staff at the Adams store.

Not a bad starbucks. You have to watch them through the drive thru as you sometimes get handed the wrong drink but the are very nice and will fix the mistake without complaint. The drive thru is a bit odd shaped but not Un navigatable.

Good coffee. Great atmosphere. The location was a bit small, not much room to sit and read or study. Food was not fresh by any means. Looked and tasted like microwaved take out.

the location is small inside, but this was the first one in the area to have a drive through and the baristas are very friendly.

The service is great. Its the other people in line playing on their phones and not keeping the line moving that gets annoying.

Very busy location. Drive through can be a hassle and the parking lot is very tight.
