Had a very bad experience trying to get my nursey furniture delivered. Babies r us uses a third party company which made the entire experience horrible. One of my items came damaged. The delivery company directed me to call babies r us. Once I did the store clerk Alicia who is also a manager advised me there was nothing she could do because I live so far. She then advised me to keep the same item until something could be figured out. I declined and so began a long waiting game of inconveniences and back and fourth of playing a middle man between babies are us and the delivery company they contract with. The delivery company only put together my crib even though we paid extra for assembly . When I asked about the other items they quickly responded that it only took two screws to put together. After inquiring with babies r us I found out the assembly only included the crib even though that was not stated . The delivery men were complaining about having to work a 16 hour day and being so far from home. It was a terrible experience and the staff at babies r us could only refund my money to make it better. But even after a refund the problem didnt get better only worse. I would steer clear of this store.

My husband and I went to utilize our rewards $ at the Kzoo location. We registered in GR and found the Kzoo team members to be extremely helpful with this process. There was a very kind gentleman who was the store manager that really made our day! It was a Wed evening and his whole team that night was upbeat and so helpful. I want to publicly thank the whole store for such a great experience in cashing in our rewards $. I will be coming back!!!
