I get most of my clothes and my flip-flops from Burlington Coat Factory. Today while I was standing in line Google asked me to review Burlington Coat Factory. I stood in line for 30 minutes; Burlington really needs to work on their checkout process. Also, when I started shopping at the store, baby items were in the back, shoes were to the left side, and clothes were size organized in the front. Now, the store is organized like a thrift or second hand store. Shoes are in the back looking old and messy. The baby items have been moved to isles near the clothes, and the oat section and mens section are God knows where. I buy all my coats from Burlington. They all are over 10 years old and people still stop me on the street to ask about my coats. Burlington needs to reorganize the store back the way it was, nobody wants to feel like they are shopping in a thrift store.

Shopping was wonderful, however checkout was ridiculous. I waited in line longer than I shopped. Some people put their merchandise down and left the store. It was only two cashiers on the registers and one served 4 customers while the other one handled one. However it was at least 5 people behind the counter. One felt that it was more important to put up merchandise behind the counter than to assist the customers who were waiting to purchase your products. Sad display of customer service. However, the one cashier worked diligently to move the line as quickly as possible with a smile.

This would be a great store if they could keep the shelves stocked with a larger variety of clothing sizes. I get tired of always going to buy clothes here and always finding size small, a size, extra small, a kid size etc. What about medium sizes, and large and extra large and 1 lx large and so forth. I mean people do come in all shapes and sizes.

Great prices, kinda messy store. Register locked up & I had to pay cash. Which hurts when your bank pays money back to you for shopping there & using your debit card. Good size purchase & I had to have the gifts for in the morning trip. Or I would have just returned the next day to buy items.

Just like every other one I have been to in other parts of the country. I just wish the shopping carts werent so awful. We use the smaller individual plastic pull baskets. I let the boys load them up then I go through each persons selections and spending, then check out.

This place has everything for everyone in my life! My go to emergency place. Needed a shirt and tie, immediately, for my boyfriends meeting and they had the ties and shirts together, already matched up! Thanks, Burlington!
