I give this store one star! If I could give them 0 I would!! We choose to signed up our registry at babies r us because they tell you that every item purchased off your registry youll get a certain percentage back, which sounds awesome. But let me tell you its NOT!!! Weve had to take back over 20 items that not only have we bought, but things we got from our shower. When we called and asked what we had to do to get them off, we were told we had to bring the items back in and change them and then repurchase them so that they could be taken off. We bought an almost 200 pound crib and changing station, Im sorry but Im 8 months pregnant Im not loading that crib up to take it back just so they can fix THEIR mistake. We drive all the way from North Salem Indiana, thats at least over an hour drive there. Having to make serval trips just to make sure things came off. Thats kind of ridiculous if you ask me!! Im have tempted to load everything Ive gotten and bought and take it back. And take our business elsewhere. So if your thinking that this place is a great place to register, PLEASE THINK AGAIN!!!!!! I WILL make sure all my pregnant family and friends knows about this ridiculous bull crap!!!

Their selection is great, customer service poor.....apparently no one who works there truly understands how RUS bucks work, had to go online to find out they were all wrong. Also, as a nursing mother I find the Mothers Room convenient, but it is way run down and trashy (still more comfortable than the bare room in Von Maur down the road at the mall). My advice....go down the road to Buy Buy Baby; friendlier knowledgable staff, pleasant clean environment, wider selection, INCREDIBLE Mothers Room!!!

Customer service needs tons of improvement, they are more so worried about giving you an answer as to why they cant do something verses making the customer happy. The car seat I wanted was $200 in store and $169 on their Babies R Us website and they could not price match from there own website in store, and I couldnt use my trade in event coupon if I ordered it online with the discounted price. All in all was a very stressful process to buy my daughter a car seat.

7 months pregnant wife brings back shower gifts purchased through babies r us website. Store refuses to take them back stating that they cannot due to the items being purchased through website. WTF? Store has opportunity to make customer happy and they choose not to.
