I was very displeased with our visit to Storkland in Pensacola, Florida. The customer service was horrible, they were rude, tried to rush us, and had the "are you ready to buy something yet?" attitude. We had questions about safety and chemicals used in manufacturing, and they didnt have any answers. Being able to see everything assembled was nice, but they had marked everything up 10% or more from the online prices. The nail in the coffin? We wanted to buy a toy and it was the last one they had in stock. They offered to sell us the display item, without a box, or any original packaging, at full retail price (which was ten dollars more than Amazon for the same thing!)... Buyer Beware!

We hadnt even heard of this store before, but we were looking for a local store that carried the dekor diaper pail refills. We live in FWB and this was the nearest location that did so. This store has an amazing selection of baby items and great employees, but the items are extremely expensive. They are high quality items that you cant often find elsewhere with great variety, but the prices are high. Some of the items you can find online for significantly less.

Storkland employees have always been friendly and took lots of time helping me and my husband pick out our babys car seat. Very knowledgeable about comparing and contrasting features of different seats, current safety standards, and installation which was important to us.

Love this place! If you are looking for something special for your baby, they got it!! Employees are very nice and they even gift wrap. Yes it is expensive, but oh so worth it!
