When we walked in we noticed the store was very crowded but the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We asked one of them some questions about a travel system and then they pulled it from the shelf and put it up front for us. We then proceeded to the furniture section where Sean and the store manager Francis went above and beyond to help us get the all the items on our list. We special ordered the items needed that werent in stock and purchased everything else needed. It was a very pleasant experience and within a few hours we had everything we needed (there was A LOT of stuff we were getting). We werent too happy that the store didnt feature a number of the higher end items we wanted to view before purchasing, but we were assured that the return policy was liberal on these items.

Will never come to this store again. We never seen the staff smile. They made mistakes, they never said sorry. I had coupons to buy baby food, 20 for 20 dollar, I got box, 6 pouch per box, they said I could not use coupon because I got box. I told them open the box, then had each pouch. They said they could not. The funny thing is the system accepted the box. We never have any problem at other stores.

Them wouldnt return am item that didnt work when I got it. Was a gift so I dont have the dame box I thought the item would work. They are very high on there items Walmart is cheeper.

Super helpful staff, store is always clean and organized. Dislike the huge ceiling fans, my newborn freaked out because of them in the feeding section, they were so strong!
