Very good products. Terrible customer service (I am routinely told in response to questions to just go look on the rack and if its not there, they dont have it; never an offer to call another store, to help me look, to suggest an alternative, or to have me not wait for up to half an hour). And lame rewards program (if you dont use the $10 off you earn within the specified 2-week timeframe (only earned once you spend $150), you forfeit the 150 points and have to spend another $150 just to get a $10 reward). The products are the only things that keep me coming back. I wish the owner would hire more knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated staff.

We were in the market for a new stroller and found this store as one of the places that sells the stroller we were interested in. This is a small store in Georgetown but they have a good selection (albeit limited) of clothes and toys to pamper your kid(s) with. the staff is very knowledgeable and did proved us with good information on types of strollers and even a good comparison of the different brands they carry!

The store does a lot with what little space it has to work with. Youll find clothes and accessories in the front and middle of the store, with toys in the back. It has a great calming atmosphere so you can focus on buying what you need for baby.
