Employees here are not that friendly. I spent over $2000 on furniture and was told I would get a call when it arrives, never happened I called them. I wanted a few more pieces and was told they were out of stock and the store would let me know when the order could be placed. I kept checking online and one month later I placed the order myself, and received the items the next week. 2 months later the store called me that they could place my order now as the items were finally available, meanwhile I already had them for 2 months. Its just not an efficient, friendly place. We shop here because of limited options not because we like it.

I really enjoy the huge selection and prices. They have inexpensive to very expensive anything you can think of for a infant to 5 or 6 years old. Bedding is very unique and high quality. I wished I had this store when I was raising my babies but I do get to enjoy it for my granddaughter. The best thing about this store compared to others is you can actually pull the stroller or car seat off the shelf and put your child in it to see how well you will like it. I dont know any others that Do that. Actually take the stroller for a test drive down the isles!

This store should be ashamed! Im a licensed hand gun permit holder and highly trained in self defense. Im also a security officer for 2 private stores. But despite all that I was rudley asked to leave this store because of my side arm. I took my three children and we promptly left. I had spent 3 days picking out all my items online that I wanted the total was $3,766.87 I had it down to the Penny! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE OR ANY OTHER BABIES R US OR TOYS R US. SHAME ON YOU BABIES R US!

This store is TERRIBLE. I wouldnt set foot in it again if it werent the only full sized Babies R Us for miles. Very few of the workers seem to really care about (or know) what theyre doing. Further, the store and bathrooms are in terrible shape. All in all I will be looking for any other way to purchase my future baby products, even if it means driving much further.

They lowest price guarantee but I dont find that applies to every item. I dont like to bargain hence I dont want to go with price from other store to prove it.
