I have had nothing but trouble any time Ive ever tried to return or exchange anything here. The latest is now, to try to item for item exchange a $20 outfit, I instead have to write a snail mail letter to corporate and potentially wait a year for an answer because BRU has limits in place on how much you can return/exchange (Ive returned a diaper pail in the past year because I got two - and I got in store credit for the diaper pail, so BRU still got my business). The selection is fine, over all it is pretty clean, and Ive been happy for the most part with the things I get from BRU. The customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. Almost everyone there seems bored or disengaged. Im glad buybuy Baby is open now! Since their return/exchange policy is the worlds worst, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

A bit expensive, as most of the non-exclusive items can be purchased at Wal-Mart or Meijer for a fraction of the cost. Customer service is a bit lacking, also, as there are few employees around available to ask questions. Once we found someone, they didnt have even basic knowledge about the products (the employee had to read the back of the package—which I had already done). Additionally, the handicapped parking spaces are not the closest spaces to the entrance (as required by ADA law), but instead replaced by legally unenforceable "reserved for expectant mothers" spots.

Always greeted upon entering. I always have coupons that the staff is more than accomodating in helping me to redeem. Always decent sales. Love that they carry an array of items from low-cost to high quality. So many options. Sometimes when on 28th street when my baby was a newborn and I had errands to run, I would stop to use the nursing room. Always made a purchase on the way out. Wish the bathrooms were nicer. They leave something to be desired. Overall, theyve got a good thing going on. :)
