This place is crazy busy. If you want fabric cut around 5pm you will be in the store waiting in line least an hour plus. They also help customers with patterns at the cutting counter which slows down the fabric cutting service. They need to have a consulting desk where people can ask questions. Also they need to have the maximum people cutting fabric when it is a busy time.

Unfortunately my experience there today wasnt so great. The woman at the checkout was very rude and unprofessional. She decided to try and make me feel bad about finding out the gender of my baby, when she apparently didnt throughout any of her pregnancies. Thats great you didnt, but I did and im so excited! I commend the people who wait!

The selection leaves a lot to be desired at this store unless you want fabric... and then you have to wait forever to get it cut. ALWAYS a long line to cash out... Today was 1 cashier and 15 people in line!!! I AM DONE SHOPPING HERE. There are too many craft stores in the area to come back here again...

Customer service is above supreme. Products are reasonably priced especially if you are a frequent shopper that utilizes the crafty classes, compatible app, weekly coupons and student discounts. Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft is my go-to shopping department store for all those artsy and inspirational goods.

I have never had such rude service. I was kept waiting at the fabric counter while two workers were right there but just didnt want to help. The store is a mess - dirty and unorganized. If you are not going to serve your customers or clean your store so they find things, why be in business?

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when asked but the line at the fabric counter as well as the line at checkout is too long. Im never able to run in and out in this store as I always have to wait ten minutes just to check out and with a small child in tow this is a very trying task.

Girlfriend and I went in to get fabric and foam, when we realized the price was a bit to high, the customer service woman went and found was similar foam and also let us have 2 coupons so we also received a discount. Great help and a fun store to look around!

Very rude service at fabric counter, Fabric area messy, over stuffed and unorganized. I had 3 bolts of fabric fall on my head reaching for the one i needed.
