they have the worst customer service and are so insincere. They do not care anout the fact that customers bring them in money. They sell damaged, open items and pretend like its ok. The employees get in the way of the customers as if they have right of way. Receiving coupons by email is a total joke. YOU CAN PURCHASE ITEMS FOR LESS -WITHOUT- COUPONS AT UTRECHT!

Employees were slow and not interested in getting more than one person at the checkouts even though there were nine of us in line. Three of them discussed it over their headsets. The one cashier who was "working" took over 10 minutes checking out one lady and laughing and cutting up with her. We all continued to wait. After 15 minutes, I finally just left.

Staff are always helpful, and the store uses a fairly standard and easy to navigate layout. Items are generally well stocked and have a variety of brands and styles to choose from. Some staples (Drawing paper, etc) may be cheaper elsewhere, but for more technical supplies this is probably the best deal in town.

Michaels is great if you know what youre looking for & know exactly where it is. Their products are good & usually fairly priced or you can wait & grab it on sale. The down side is service...The service in the particular store is not existent. Service is why I rated Michaels Tallahassee store low!

This place smells like Christmas and happiness all year long. He has crafty product holiday product and a good selection of hobby product. You can always find some sort of coupon to use here . Love the place.

Bring your coupons printed out as there is no WiFi and its a cellular dead zone; however, the employees are sympathetic to this and will sometimes give you a great coupon.

Love Michaels! Theyve got alot of different things for crafts. This location seems to be out alot with paints and such. Would give 5 stars if they could stay stocked.

Super Slow dont pay attention to customers..... cultural line jumper syndrome is in full effect stay away ....
