BREAKING NEWS: Scientists work around the clock to formulate new colors of blue for spray paint. Seriously. It took me like 20 minutes to pick a can out...after someone unlocked the cabinet for me. I think there were no less than 45 colors of blue in roughly 500 finishes: steel blue, royal, sky blue, in mattes, metallics, semi-gloss...honestly if kids want to tag stuff I say letem. Theyll lose interest when they find out how many damn colors and types of paint there are. God forbid you get one for the wrong material. I have never thought I would walk around and feel like I need $30 paint brushes, but I did while I was there. Oh, and fake flowers. Why? You go there and tell me you dont need the stuff as you just feel the need to quit your jobs and do full-time arts and crafts.

I called the store to find out if they had an item before I drove all the way over to the store. I was on the phone on hold for 18 minutes before I hung up! I could have been to the store by 17 minutes. Someone answered the phone and while I was in mid sentence, she placed me back on hold. WOW! Horrible. I changed the rating from disliked it to hated it after that. Next a another person picks up at 17.3 seconds and ask me am I holding and for what, I say yes and tried to tell her why; she places me back on hold before she heard my full sentence. At that point I hung up. 18 wasted minutes!

Easy to have a payment, difficult to have a return. And selling the goods with bad quality. I bouhgt a splipper for my daughter, within just one week, the shoes were broken. I took these broken shoes to return, but the assistant told me she can not find this item from their computer by the information on my receipt and she refuse to return it. I bought a thing, this store gave me the item and the receipt of it, but when i went back to talk about this item, this store told me they can not match this item with its receipt. You made me a big JOKE?

Michaels, you lost a customer today. I went in to get a tube of white watercolor paint, which, I guess, they now keep in a locked case. After seeing that I had no way to pick this item up and take it to the register myself, I tried to find a store employee to get the paint out for me. I made eye contact with a dark haired woman in a "Michaels" shirt who promptly turned around and ran the other way. I decided to follow suit and get out of the store - without my paint. I guess Ill just have to order it on Amazon.

When we go this location is always well stocked. Prices vary on items. I usually go here for specific items and use online coupons for best value. They are usually one season ahead so not a great last minute store. They excel in basic art, scrapbooking and crafting technology.

It has often been good and delightful. The people have been over-friendly (if there is such a concept) and the advice "user-friendly". Ive been able to locate exactly what I came there for and the experience has been an overall well-rounded and healthy one.

Has what every Michaels would and its kept up nice but a few of the people working there make it feel like youre in the way or bothering them. A lot of the girls that I see working later are a lot nicer and more helpful so keep that in mind if you want.

I go to roughly 4-5 different locations depending on where I am. This is my favorite store! The staff is great and always willing to help! They ask questions about my projects and I feel as though they are genuinely interested

A good craft store with many products! My only downsides are that you can never find any staff to help you, and the wait to check-out takes FOREVER. Good for many crafts and projects though :)
