The teen cashiers are efficient and wonderful. HOWEVER. The majority of the older cashiers are SLOW. (But except one little old lady.) Okay but the main issues are 1. The managers are idiots and cant do anything. 2. The older cashiers are incapable of doing anything. This morning I tried to return something and it took 40 MINUTES to get the my money back. AND IT WASNT EVEN A FULL REFUND. 3. The display items are not in the inventory. One of the items I wanted was presented to me in a broken and heavily damaged box. The other item wasnt even in the inventory. I DONT WANT TO WAIT IN LINE JUST FOR SOMEONE TO TELL ME THAT WHAT I WANT TO BUY IS NOT IN STOCK. GET IT TOGETHER MICHAELS.

I recently purchased a Create365 calendar from this particular location. I got referenced to them from my general manager at my job. I love the calendars! This store, in my opinion, is not very diverse. I didnt see a lot of selection in stationary here. I like the one in Cumming near Market Place a lot better.

Went here to shop for scrapbooking supplies, employees were very friendly and helped me get what I needed. The guy at the cashier informed of a 20% off deal for the entire purchase, pretty pleased with the visit.

It has all the of the craft supplies I need. If I cant find any of the things I need at Target or Walmart this is the place I go.This is my favorite craft store and I enjoy looking at all of the crafty stuff.

Its a very small Michaels. The selection was dwindling when I went, and Im not sure Id go back. Many sale items are still far too expensive. Youd be better off driving to Hobby Lobby or shopping online.

Great store, nice inventory. Clean and well maintained. The frame shop did an awesome mounting of my wifes certification for her as a gift. The lady was quick and took exquisite care for presentation.

Very poor selection of yarn. They rarely have your basic colors. And this is the closest one near me to purchase my yarn. Otherwise I have to drive all the way out to JoAnn.

Always out of popular beads and jewelry supplies. Some of the cashiers are rude. Showed up for a class I signed up for and the teacher never showed up.
