Zero out of ten stars do not recommend!!!!!!!!!! I wasted time, gas and money. I bought a cricut and asked for the online gift card. When I got home I didnt have the gift card, so I called and the lady basically said that Im not getting it unless I drive back down today. My window of getting out is small, I have two babies and a grandmother who just had surgery I cant just up and leave. So I dont get what I paid for, so their lack of good staff is my fault and I would have to waste more time and gas to receive what I paid for. Ill make sure everyone I know shops hobby lobby at least they give you what you paid for

Everything was fine until I tried to check out. The cashier asked if I was a member of their rewards program and I said I wasnt sure. She proceeded to ask for my information and said I wasnt in the system but that I was now signed up. She signed me up without my permission. I asked that she remove me, but was told she couldnt do that. I immediately returned my purchases and will no longer be shopping at this or any Michaels.

This new location is phenomenal. Much easier to navigate and their prices are great too. Much more convenient now since they moved, close to everything else now. Friendly, helpful staff and sign up for their emails, lots of discounts available weekly

It was a typical Michaels store. Was clean and nicely laid out. There were lots of clearance items and sales going on, which is also typical Michaels. This is a great thing for crafty people like me!

The new location at Turkey Creek is not easy to get in and out of. The store is much smaller than the previous location & does not carry the depth of product from the previous location.

The Manager Stacey at this location is a snob. She treats people that want to return items like theyve sinned against her personally. If her lips were anymore pursed,she suck them in.
