I love all the decor at Hobby Lobby. It is seriously the best. I love what they stand for, I love the environment. They have great merchandise. Their return policy just needs to change. Returning something there makes you feel like a criminal. Once I needed a price adjustment and the manager had to go watch me on the security screen to see that I had been in the store. This last time makes me even more careful about what I buy. I got a pottery bowl and between here and home it broke in pieces. It was even still in the wrapping paper. Which just means it probably was just a cheap piece of clay. However, hobby lobbys return policy is if anything breaks once out of the store you cant return it. So I am completely out of money. Whereas, wal mart and target will return something right away as per good customer service. It definitely makes me not want to buy more all the time from there because I wont be able to return it should something strange happen the second I walk out the store.

The Turkey Creek location is a waste of time. I spent almost 2 hours picking out gifts, careful to only choose items from the 50% aisles. When I checked out, only 2 of my 10 or more items were actually on sale. Every associate I talked to said, "Oh, that was last weeks sale." NO one offered to go and check for me or give me the 50% off anyway. I told everyone the signs were very deceiving but no one seemed to care. I left without buying anything! Today I am going to the Clinton Hwy location and hope to have better luck!

Drove 2 hours to get to this store, just to be told that they could not take our nonprofit tax exemption because we are from Kentucky. We are a Federal Nonprofit and posess a Kentucky Sales Tax Exempt Status in good standing. Told the manager said no, they couldnt except our tax exempt, that they only take Tennessee. Geesh, never in any state have I been told that before or from any other business in Tennessee. Someone needs to get a handle on this manager and send them to tax school.

Have purchased many things here and Im usually impressed with the selection that they have. However, it kind of stinks that they dont price match or except competitors coupons so for this reason I usually end up going to Joann Fabrics(only when I know its a better deal, also Joann takes competitor coupons!), also most of the employees seem like they would rather talk to each other than help customers(usually when I am checking out). I do love that they are closed on sundays!

Thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring a GREAT employee like Jamie. She isnt just an employee, but an ASSET to your store and company. She made me feel welcome and treated me as a very important part of your business. She was very polite, helpful, and kind while checking me out on 2/21/2014. When a company advertises great customer service they are talking about Jamie. I hope and pray that the company treat her as well as she treats their customers.

I live in the UK but always visit Hobby Lobby when visiting my friend in the US, I so wish we had something like this in the UK, I would visit often, I always find the store well stocked, clean and organised and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I love this place! Hobby Lobby is my favorite place for art and crafts supplies because it is clean, well organized and not cluttered. They have a great selection and I always have a 40% off coupon on my mobile. It is my first stop for supplies.

I usually go here when the other one, which is off of Clinton Highway, doesnt have the needlepoint canvas squares I use every year to make Christmas ornaments, or if I need craft foam , or if I need more yarn, etc., that kind of thing!
