Absolutely terrible experience here. I called earlier today to ask about iron on letters and I was transferred to an absolute jerk who told me "I had to come in to see what they had" and refused to answer my questions about rather they had particular colors or sizes of the letters. I was very specific about what colors and sizes I needed. We drove way out of our way to find a very expensive and pathetic stock of these items. Im disgusted with this place and the lack of customer service.

First time ever visiting A.C. Moore and loved it. I went in looking for a particular item and the store manager is the one that stopped and asked me if I needed help. He showed me where my item was located which was in 3 different spots. I was very impressed-he knows where things are and about his products

This is my new favorite craft store! It is amazing. It blows hobby lobby away. The yarn selection alone will keep me coming back. They have mill end bags. I have missed those since I moved away from my hometown. Combine that with the awesome coupons and i am hooked.

Its always a bit messy in here. Its good for not driving all the way out to Turkey Creek to Hobby Lobby, but if you need a wide selection, you wont find it here. Just the basics. Its difficult to find someone to help me too. I feel like Im in Walmart sometimes.

A crafters heaven! Great painting/drawing supplies, wooden and paper crafts, jewelry making, beading, polymer clay, scrapbooking, knitting, sewing, and more! Not to mention, if you sign up for their rewards program, you get great coupons almost daily!

This was the worst experience ..The people working here are horrible. Its not real professional for someone to Have piercings all over and tattoos visible in a job like This. I couldnt believe how rude they all were. I Will never br back.
