If I could give Lou and his co-worker 10 more stars I would. These guys went above and beyond for me!! I wanted to switch from my galaxy note to an iPhone 6. Which I thought was going to be easy ( since thats what I was told when I got the galaxy a year ago at a previous store) however that was not the case at all!!! Feeling frustrated I walked into this sprint store. I was greated by Lou and his co-worker who were both very friendly. Lou came over he was extremely professional, was upfront honest about what the cost would be, and after doing some research he was able to get me switched to the iPhone 6, and I saved a little money. If your looking for a new phone or to switch to sprint, I would highly suggest you go to this store and deal with Lou and his co-workers. You will be treated like a friend not just a number on a ticket!

Switched over from AT&T because Sprint is/was running a promotion where they will pay off an early termination fee. After I switched, I was told to bring the final AT&T bill to the store and I would be receiving a gift card with the termination fee amount within 5-7 days. Fast forward one month and I find out that the store either never sent the bill or couldnt figure out how to use a fax machine. I was told that I could have just sent the bill myself afterwards, and I would have if I would have known the headache. I called this store to voice my frustration and one of the reps cut me off to say "Listen dont yell at me for us doing your job buddy". Try to leave one major phone provider because of bad customer service just to find out its the same trick in a different hat. If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen it.

This store is the BEST. I dont normally take my time to review a cellphone store; however, I felt like I needed to because of how well they treated me. Store manager, Lou E is the best in the biz. He is very knowledgeable and highly passionate about good customer service. Took the time to find the best deal for me and even followed up a few days later to ensure I was satisfied. As I stated above, I wouldnt take my time to write a review about a Sprint store if it wasnt worth it. Go see the good folks at Fast Wireless. They WILL take great care of you.

Lou, Mike and all staff members go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They are not your average sprint store. They will not let you leave unsatisfied. Lou takes pride in customer service and making sure your in the best plan that will save you money. He is a God fearing, upstanding gentleman. I was upset with Sprint and wanting to change carriers, and Lou did not let that happen. With Lous loyalty to his cutomers, i have no choice but to continue being loyal to sprint, BUT IF LOU GOES, I GO! lol. Thanks Lou and wonderful staff

I have never been to an establishment that has cared about their customers in any business more than this sprint store. These guys are all so sweet and courteous. Very polite and patient gentlemen. Im not really tech-savy and these guys take their time with me every time even if the store is super busy, they do great making sure everyone knows that they are acknowledged, and they all multi task in order to convenience their customers! Cant say enough good things about this place, Ill never go to another store.

Been with Sprint since 2004 and I was really upset with the new contract I was delt here. I got swindled thinking this new contract was supposed to save me money. Now Im literally over $50 per person on my plan and Im very disappointed, only way to save money is again to spend another fortune to buy out my contract. I seriously suggest staying away from this store, this is why Im switching to Verizon here soon.

My experience has been amazing. Everyone here is very helpful and amazing. They all are very patient with everything they do and have done. Ive had no problem with anyone here. I love coming to this store because they all brighten up my day. Ive been coming here for 3 years. Almost 4. But everyone is very respectful. And understanding. I wouldnt go anywhere else but here. You all are amazing

This stored tried to scam me out of my current data plan. They signed me up for a device I did not want and charged stuff to my bill I did not authorize. Customer be wary, this place is filled with Scammers. I am still in the process of trying to get all the money refunded along with filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Its worth the drive to go to someplace else.

Best customer service in the biz! This is the only location i will go for help with my account! All other sprint stores are rude and act like the d.m.v. when assisting you, this location Always has polite and extremly hands on customer service, have been going here for about three years and have never left the store without a question answered or problem resolved.

Lou is a wonderful asset to this company. This is the only Sprint store I will come into due to his professionalism and great customer service that I receive every time I come into this store. I appreciate the service I receive at this location and recommend it to everyone I know knowing he will take absolute care to anyone who comes in.

Salem, Lou, Mike, and Ramsin were incredible. Ive never experienced such amazing customer service. They take care of me every single time I step into the store and they always make sure I leave with a smile on my face. They handle everything from any simple questions I have to extremely complicated ones. I LOVE THEM. COME HERE.

Illian was able to help me out when i had issues with my Iphone6 with a competitors phone service, if that doesnt speak great customer service then i dont know what is. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, i will consider making the jump over to sprint after my visit to the N park Blvd location.

Lou was amazing. He assisted me in acquiring a new phone when my charging port quit working. He went above and beyond to assist me during an extremely stressful time. His staff also provided tablets for my kids to keep them occupied during our many hours at the Sprint Store. Cant say thank you enough!!!
