I always enjoy visiting this Best Buy. Its a newer build for surrounding areas so it doesnt have that 1980s old warehouse feel. Everyone (floor sales, customer service, cashiers, etc) are always courteous, helpful and friendly. Its difficult to know the aspects of EVERY product in that store, but they do assist collaboratively if someone is not knowledgable in what you are looking for. Im a Best Buy Elite and Gamer Unlocked member, so I invest a lot of money at Best Buy. Ive visited and ordered from many stores but this location is one of my favorites. I take advantage of pre-sales, discounts, price matching and trade-in offerings. I can say I never use their geek squad or extended warranty services however. To give you an example of how helpful they are, Ill share my latest experience with them. I wanted to buy a Moto360 watch. Amazons sale price had lapse back to $249.99 (original price) and none of their official price matching sites had a discounted price. Well I emailed the managers of 4 different Best Buys in the area to see if they would help a loyal, elite member and the manager from this location emailed me back within hours saying they would help me out. I dont want to give the specifics as I dont want to get anyone in trouble if this isnt their standard protocol, but I am very appreciative they worked with me. From the initial email, the response, the courteous greeting and assistance until I walked out the door. Needless to say, Im wearing the watch I wanted! Thanks again Best Buy Allen Park for helping me with my Moto360! In regards to what others comment... Experience: Its possible that I do my research on products before going into the store so, I dont really rely on the expertise of the sales associate unless Im comparing items on the floor. So I cant speak to their expertise, but again, Ive always found that someone there knows the answer. Mobile Sales/Service: I’ve never bought a phone from this location so I can’t comment on their expertise or service. Location’s Phone Number: All numbers forward to a corporate phone. I believe if you hit the right options (or ask to be forwarded to the store) you can get to them. I find it hard to rate them low because you can’t get through a phone system. Returns: Thankfully I haven’t had to deal with returns because I research quality products that I want, not questionable or cheap items that will result in a return. Receipt: 1 star for not getting a receipt? really? All yo had to do is ask for one. It’s possible it got sent to your email address that you never check. Sale Items: Product sales are NOT a store decision, that’s a corporate choice. So to rate a local Best Buy for fluctuating sale prices is horrible. That should be sent to Best Buy, not degrading the performance of hard workers and a nice store for something they aren’t in control of. Also, you know they price match right? Find it on Amazon, B&H, or other approved site and have them price match it then. They give you more options for a lower price. And, you can have it right then and there rather than waiting for it to be shipped or going to another local store. Do your research before buying something. Look it up on your smartphone while you are in store shopping.

I was trying to exchange a damaged product I had ordered online... Taylor Best Buy told me that Allen Park Best Buy had a product I was looking for. I checked online, and it said the same thing: Allen Park had the product I was interested in. I called the Allen Park store and was told that I cannot return an item that I got online. I was told to call 888BESTBUY. I did and 888BESTBUY told me to take the item to the store for an exchange... I called the Allen Park store a second time and got a new worker that answered the phone. I told her what was going on and asked her if I could come in and exchange my item. She asked for the specifics of the item and I told her... She then told me that they didnt have it, I began to politely inform her that it said differently online and she hung up on me. I checked online again and it still showed they did. Now, Im good with my temper. I didnt jump to conclusions. Maybe she didnt hear me. I called again and got a person different then the second, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was the same person that answered the phone the first time, because it was the shortest phone call I had ever had with a store and the worker had no care in what I had to say... Now, Taylor Best Buy? Helped me with every need I had. Wonderful customer service, but Allen Park Best Buy? Let me say this... Ive never actually gone into their store, and I have no plan to.

I had purchased a washing machine from Best Buy Allen Park, I had it delivered and installed in October 2009, it was messing up in 2012 and it recently started messing up again 2016. I purchased a new one from Best Buy online and had it delivered when the delivery man looked at my old washer he noticed there were plastic pieces that should have been removed when installed originally and that is what broke my washer. I called Best Buy to see if they would fix my washer because the original delivery man installed it incorrectly. Best Buy said it would cost me $100 for them to look at it plus whatever it would cost to fix it. So because they installed it incorrectly it broke and now I have to either pay to have it fixed or buy a new one thank you best buy I will never shop there again But I do want to thank k who came over to deliver the new washer which is going back to Best Buy, he was very honest and telling me about the plastic pieces in the back and I do appreciate that, if only Best Buy was that helpful with the customers.

called in on October 27, 2016 at 11:15 AM spoke to Brent to get some info about Remote Starters, the guy that answered the phone was very rude, he did not give me any information on the phone and insisted that I go to the store to get info and pricing. I called 3 other businesses in the area and they all gave me over the phone pricing. I am a customer of Best Buy, this is the first time I feel that I was treated unfair and the employee was very rude and he just wanted to hang up the phone on me by just saying just come down to the store. please train your people to speak nicely to customers over the phone, I know that not all are the same but try your best. based on that call I decided to go to a different vendor to get my remote starter. thanks

I have Sprint Cell phone service and was totally disappointed in their customer service at the Sprint Store. I have gone to Best Buy in the past and decided to go back. I will never enter another Sprint store again. The sale guy Dave at Best Buy was very informative and very knowledgeable with their billing. He even changed my plan coverage so I would receive a cheaper monthly bill. Another sales person was showing me all the accessories that would go with my new phone. They were both wonderful and you could tell really enjoyed what they were doing. I would highly recommend going to Best Buy for any cell phone purchases.
