I have had the worst experience in the last year renting from this company. The first and every month so far they will call you the day before the bill is due, in excess of 10-15 times. And heaven forbid if you are over a day late they will continue to call. They have over 5 different phone number they call fromn to try and trick you. I have paid every bill within 5 days for over a year and they still harass me. They also call the people you put down for references and tell them "have your friend pay his bill". I have had them call the day the bill is due. They will threaten and harass you to no end. Do internet search before you rent with these wolves. Beware, you have been warned

RUDE! worst experiance i have ever had with a rent a center. New customers cant buy new furniture? Makes no sence to me. The guy was so rude and very pushy. He tried making us pick the furniture he wanted us to have. The younger gentleman we spoke with the day before, he was helpful and freindly but the older gentleman was just horrid!

Do not ever rent from them they will lie to you about your delivery date then come up with a million excuses and change your delivery date and never buy insurance from them because they will not refund you money on what they call a waiver which is robbery if you ask me these people are rude and unprofessional.
