We were forced to schedule a pickup a month in advance only to be told they would be changing the date to their advantage to a time that we could not accommodate. I feel that Salvation Army is losing the perspective of the customer and only thinking of themselves. We were planning to move out of our home based upon their schedule until they changed the date. We have cancelled the pickup completely and went to another company. Also their web site says they pick up beds, which they do not. It is not a big deal to change a web site.

Went to drop off donations and the older gentleman working there was extremely rude. He spoke poorly of customers who have donated there and of customers who shop there. Highly recommend going to another salvation army in the area as to not have to deal with someone with such a poor attitude.

@James M... Its called the SALVATION Army. They are a Christian organization. Its like going to any non religious organization and giving one star since they push their materialistic views.... Great news is we live in a country where they can exist and you can ignore.

Full, large selection. The friendliness and patience of the staff exceeded my expectations while shopping with my (tantrum prone) 3 year old. Five stars for the people, including the gentleman stocking the floor.
