Furniture department staff were very patient and kind to a lady asking a million dumb questions about throw pillows and curtains. First I was irritated because I just wanted to get a futon and get out of there but when I watched the staff helping the lady I wasnt as irritated.

Big Lots on Court St., in Burton, Michigan is a very good store. They have very polite employs that are very eager to please their customers. The one on Miller Rd. Has an employee that is very rude, among a very few other things that is wrong
