I usually love this store. They are very helpful and kind to their senior and disabled customers. However, the amigo has been broken for about a month now, and the older blonde lady in the front told me they have no intention of repairing it, or getting a new one. So, now I think they do not care about us as much as I thought they did. I have always driven further to get here, past my local Lapeer JoAnns because they have never had an amigo, nor are they at all helpful there. Now I guess we seniors and disabled will have to go to the Flint store, on Miller. Or, as fewer and fewer JoAnns seem to care about their disabled customers business, perhaps it is time to make the move to Michaels.

This is a great Jo-Ann store. They layout is easy to shop. The employees are helpful and very friendly. They are knowledgeable in many crafts so they are able to guide your purchases. This is my go to craft store.
