Went into get a new iphone as my screen broke on my previous one. As I was checking out, the sales clerk (a gentlemen) started to talk to me regarding a promotion that they had for a bluetooth speaker that could be wireless. Upon asking questions, I was told that it would cost $9 only and then each month there would be a $2.50 decrease each month. I continued to ask if there would be an additional monthly charge and was reassured over and over again that I wouldnt get any charges. Well come to find out, in order to have this speaker there was a $25.00 a charge instead of $9 and monthly $12.50 billed to pay off the speaker. This is not the first time that sprint employees have lied and Im sure wont be the last. Beware of what youre purchasing and check for hidden fees before they trap you into something you were not expecting. I will NOT be going back to this store due to the false sales and advertisement.

Today I went into the Sprint store to talk about my bill. I received a charge last month for data that I never used. When I called Sprint using *2, they told me that I had to go to the store in which I got my iPhone. As soon as I walked it, no one greeted me, even though there was no one else in the store. All of the employees were in the back room. When someone finally did come out, all he said was, "What can I do for you?" and not very nicely. He was rude, inconsiderate and even took my phone off the counter and dialed *2 instead of calling Sprint from his phone. I will NEVER return to this Sprint store, I will drive to a farther one because of this awful service.

Helpful, but staff is not very knowledgeable when it comes to their services. I was told by two different employees that my EVO phones could be used as a wifi hotspot without having to pay and extra fee. This I found later was not the case. Theres a 30 dollar monthly fee in order to do that feature. I am going in today because my touchscreen just stopped working. we will see how they handle it..... To Be Continued...
