Even with the drive to Loganville, you will most likely save time. I was in there for well over 1 1/2 hours. I was pressured as well and ended up paying more money for less phone. My fault, I should have shopped around, but I needed a phone ASAP(mine bought the big one and I was headed out of town, next day). I would advise going pretty much anywhere else, even WALMART. These guys only care about their commission and will talk you into buying more phone than you need(cash wise), but less phone than you asked for(features wise). The five star reviews here look bogus. Judging from my experience they would have to be.

Would give it only 1 or 0 stars based on the ASSociate who decided to close & lock the doors at 7:49PM on Tuesday night the 28th of July 2015, when the sign says 8 PM is closing time...except Ive gotten good help & service here several times before. Was going there to buy my daughter an iPhone and add a line to our family plan, but the guy working the store that night looks at us as we knock on the door, and says "sorry we are closed" with a sheepish crap-weasel grin, all the while as he chats with his buddies inside the store. Somebody should explain capitalism and service to the lad. Wont bring my business back.

I am a business owner and I have moved my service from Verizon over to AT&T and the beginning I must say it was a little rough and very unsure but the representatives here made me very comfortable and was able to move forward with my business plan they were able to get me four new phones that I requested and I will never go anywhere else this AT&T has proved to me that I had made the right choice for my business and I will not go back to Verizon or anywhere else

This is not a corporate store, do not go here. They have their own way of doing business outside of ATTs recomendations. Called ATT and they told me to leave the store and go to corporate. I was in store for 1hr and 25mins and was told wrong information 4 days ago, came back and had to pay MORE money than was supposed to. Prepare to be swindled and given the run around. I purchased 3 lines from the Loganville store and was in and out in less than 30mins.

Ive only been with AT&T for 2 weeks and after the phone i bought is paid for i will not stay with them, they have given me the complete run around for the past 2 days, i UNDERSTAND it gets busy and things happen, but to be a paying customer they dont even answer the phone ever!!!!

Seriously... DIRECTV IS AVAILABLE HERE and I save money every month on my bill because I bundled! This store has so many amazing reps who will work tirelessly until the job gets done. I give this store 5 stars and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.
