I came into this store on September 12th and preordered the iPhone 6 and was told by my sale person that I would not have to wait when I come to pickup my phone the following Friday. He said that was the purpose of you preordering! However, not only did I have to wait on September 19th, but the Store Manager Michael Froilan made me wait behind several other people there to buy the phone that day. He initially told me my phone was not delivered, which was a lie because I had my delivery confirmation. After making him aware of this he said let me check again, and then return to say my phone was there and someone would be with me as soon as they could. The sales person recognized me and after he was finish with his customer he proceeded to help me and the Store Manager Michael Froilan turned him away twice and made him help the other customers there to buy the iPhone 6. I even asked Michael if I could just sign for my phone and get it activated later, because I had to go to work and he stated no the phone has to be activated here, which was not true. I have reached out to the District Manager Justin Cobb via email and he has yet to respond to my emails, which leads me to believe that the store manager must have known nothing would happen to him for his behavior. However, I pay too much to be treated as if my money does not mean anything, so I am going to do whatever it takes to make my voice heard and if that means taking my service elsewhere then I will!

I was threaten by 1 of their employees, she told me to meet her outside because I said she didnt know how to do her job. It was comical at first but I thought is this a cellphone store or a hole in the wall strip club with rude and ignorant waitresses. Never go there for anything, also I found out that this store is a franchise not corporate.

Worst service! If you are looking to for great service and associates who are actually helpful, this place is not for you. All it is is a bunch of airheads that think society owes them something that stand around the store playing with the gadgets and dance along rap music. Never going back!

This store is terrible. Waited an hour and still no help. 4 employees and one worker wearing (today) black see-through leotards and a short shirt with her stomach hanging out. So gross and unprofessional. I walked out...i will stick with Verizon for now.
