The worst service I have ever experienced. I arrived in the store at 5:00 pm. I was informed by a women with glasses it would be a few minutes. I looked around I saw a monitor with a persons first name and last letter next to number 1. I noticed someone ambling around the store aimlessly, and figured that was #1 I gave my name and was told I would have an agent soon. My name was on the screen #2. I sat down, I happened to recognize #1 and started chatting with him. The agent came over and started to address #1s needs. #1 was done after some explanations and left, The agent turned to me and we started to discuss my problem. The agent was looking up my account asked for my drivers license. When Ms. Glasses comes over and starts glaring at the agent working with me. The agent asks did I do something wrong? And Ms. Glasses says someone else was ahead of me. I looked around and noticed the guy who cam in five minutes after me, and informed her of that fact. Ms. Glasses said he had a call in appointment. Never mind I had spent 3 hours on the phone prior to arriving there talking with their dysfunctional customer service. At this point I had had enough of that store. Miss glasses tried to apologize, as if I would believe her, and offered to bring someone back from their break. I told her, No Thank You! and left. When I checked the time it was 5:30.

I called for Internet service. They shipped me hardware and I was told that people had to come to the house to get the service connected. We scheduled a 4 hour window to meet at the house 4 times and all 4 times nobody showed up. The service was not connected but when I called they just said that it was connected. It was not. So, I waited 4 times for 4 hours to get the service and they couldnt manage to come to my house (couldnt be bothered?). I canceled the service since they couldnt get it together. I wasted 2 whole vacation days at work for this....nothing. Chapter 2: I was told the hardware for the service was free. I soon received a bill for the hardware (over $100) so I figured out how to send it back to them. I went out of my way to go to a UPS store to do this (their preferred method). UPS reports that they have delivered the "free" hardware. I just got another bill threatening collections (3 weeks later) for the "free" hardware. I suggest you find any other possible service provider for whatever you need and only use AT&T if its a last resort. Their cell coverage is bad in Michigan anyway.

Dont waste your time here. The building itself is nice and clean, but the workers lack enthusiasm and hospitality. I went in for a simple question and was met with nothing but hostility and an unwillingness to help. I was even introduced to a worker who claimed to be the manager but had a blatant "assistant manager" tag on his shirt instead.. I was searching for the real manager, not his assistant. Just dont bother to come here with any questions you want answers to. The workers lack both the knowledge and competence to provide assistance.

The sales staff wasnt very nice, mainly tapping away on a tablet and only offering minimal information. Doesnt seem to be very interested in his job. Girl at the tech support desk in the back didnt seem very interested in her job, and tried to shuffle us off to the Apple Store, rather than attempt to work on anything herself. We had to ask her specifically to try new SIM cards to clear up the lack of signal and missed call issues we were having.

I came to the store with a pretty unique problem (AT&T somehow sent me and charged me for two phone upgrades when I only wanted one). The manager Mark and Brent worked very dilligently to resolve the problem despite problems from the system. If everyone worked as hard as those two did to resolve the problem, I think people would be a lot happier with AT&T in general. Kudos to those two for their help and their insistance I would leave happy.

Waited only 10 minutes for service, which was great. However, the staff in the main store area were very pushy about services and goods and wouldnt leave us alone while we waited. Our representative, Chase, was phenomenal and hilarious. He gave us a great deal and had a great sense of humor. Hands down the best interaction in retail Ive ever had. So glad I dumped Comcast.

Probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had. These people will do anything to make a sale. Be careful what you think you are buying and what they DONT tell you. Dont sign anything before you read everything. Wireless home phone is not the great deal they claim it is. They also cost me money all the way around. I wish I could turn back the clock.

Worst shopping experience ever. The att rep - Rashid was extremely rude and not helpful AT ALL. As reps its your responsibility to give SOLUTIONS. If I need to sit in the store and speak to the customer service rep online (who gave me the solution within seconds unlike Rashid,)why the hell do I even walk into the store?

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. After the AT&T store closer to my home was unable to help me and gave me inaccurate information, I was convinced to bring my business to this location. I was helped immediately each of the last three visits I made. Thanks Brent and Brenda!

I ordered a phone online and chose to pick it up at this store. I arrived within the specified time to pick it up only to find that they had already sold it to someone else, and that it was the last one they had in stock. Not impressed, and will never be returning.

Had a great experience at this store! Only waited two minutes for service and Tad, my salesperson, even apologized for the wait! Tad was VERY professional and thorough! Was the most pleasant experience ever! Would highly recommend Tad if you visit this location.

The store was very busy but was well worth the wait. Michael Curtis was my rep and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a cell phone. I would recommend this store to anyone that has AT&T because of the service Michael provided.

Phone tree does not work when calling the retail store. The message gives the options, but the phone tree does not respond and I was not able to gain any information. I guess they are not interested in my business. Off to Verizon.

The friendly staff couldnt quite solve my problem, but it wasnt for lack of trying. They were patient and professional. I also didnt wait in lines either time I visited (though I guess thats typical for summer).

My iPhone screen had multiple cracks. The salesperson, Chase, was very friendly and pointed out a cheap repair option @Apple instead of selling me a new iPhone. This tip was worth a lot of money. Thanks, Chase!
