I struggle with adult acne and scaring under my cheekbones. Its frustrating and after trying everything I decided to try sephora in Brighton before making an appointment with the dermatologist. There I met Megan. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! Never have I had a beauty sales person be so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She created a whole skin regimen that actually works without pushing new products at me that are unnecessary. A few must haves that she got me hooked on are Ole Henriksens invigorating night treatment overnight resurfacer and Tartes Maracuja oil. I now go to her for ALL my cosmetic needs. Shes definitely the beauty guru of brighton. Thanks forever Megan and sephora!

My cousins fiancée and I came in yesterday to ask about the costs of getting a full face done for her upcoming wedding. Well they did a mini makeover on us and we chose an eye look because we wanted to start getting ideas on looks and to see what everything would look like. Jill and Megan were unbelievable, and went above and beyond for us yesterday. They were so kind, so helpful, and not to mention the makeup turned out flawless. But why the 3 star review and not a 5? I take one star away for every stye I woke up with this morning. :/ Ive literally never had a stye in my eye before in my 25 years of life until today. Im kind of upset :/

I love this store and I spend a lot of money here but today I went in and the older lady was working she was VERY rude and not welcoming at all I felt very uncomfortable and no longer wanted to look for new products to purchase. Im very disappointed and theres a good chance I may not return to this location!

Great service at Sephora JcPenny in Green Oak Village Place. A huge benefit is how well they wrap and place your items in a pretty Sephora bag that way your cosmetics arent floating around. This is so important since your spending so much money on these items. Love it.
