I called the store several times throughout the morning and got no answer. I went by on break and there was a lady working alone and with a customer. I browsed the store until she had a moment. When asked if she could help, her tone was a bit snappy. I disregarded that and told her why I was there. They were unable to provide the service I was seeking.Other than buying a new phone, this place is practically useless. No techs to explain phone features, no payment kiosk, and limited selection of phones. Best to hop over to the next town (Athens).

Love Sprint, but can NEVER GET THIS LOCATION ON THE PHONE! In the past two days I have called 6 times each time the phone RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS for 5 minutes at a time. How ridiculous that this is a phone store and they cant even answer their own phone! I am attempting to purchase a new phone, half tempted to take my business to another location because they sure do not deserve it!!!

Every time my husband and I go to the store, they are always helpful. We always go to this store for any problems we have or if we just want new phones. The only down side is the short of staff, you do have to wait for them to finish with other customers before they get to you. They will of course give you full attention when they do.

I went in to the Bethlehem store and everyone was extremely helpful. I got all my questions answered and the staff was amazing and caring. I am so glad I switched to Sprint- the service and prices are great! I would recommending this store to everyone! Thanks Nextstar!

Very bad costumer service!!! Asked if I could do a 2 year agreement and one of them said that it was impossible. On top of that this sprint lady said that I was gonna pay more money ordering my iPhone online and it was a total lie! Thanks though

Without a doubt the best experience of all local cell carriers. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Any questions (there were many) were answered honesty and completely. Could not have been better. Very highly recommended.

Spent an hour there hoping to get aplan never even got spoken to and 2 people who were there after me were seen before I was. Walked out they dont care about your schedule apparently
