I ordered mine and my wifes upgrade of Iphone 6 at this store through Dudley on 7th Oct, 2014 and was supposed to get it latest by 5th Nov, 2014. My wifes came in after 2 weeks and mine was nowhere in site. I kept on checking with them and they kept on saying it has now been shipped, which even after 2 weeks of that never came. I personally called AT&T on 5th Nov, 2014 and next day received a text that my phone has been shipped. It was supposed to go to this store and USPS tried to deliver it on 7th Nov, 2014 and could not deliver as there was no suite # written on the package and no name of AT&T as well written on it. They never bothered to check themselves about the package, did not return my several phone calls. Even today I called them in the morning and they were supposed to call me for an update, which they never did, until I called them ! They dont seem to care & dont have courtesy. I will switch to another store for all my future needs.

My husband and I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon and ended up working with Kelly. We were thinking the process would be pretty long because we were adding a line to our plan but Kelly made it so easy and quick! She was super friendly and very personable. Im sure everyone else that works at this location is great too but she really made an impression on my husband and I. Thank you Kelly! You are awesome!!

My husband and I waited over 2 hours with a well behaved toddler on a weeknight. A few hardworking employees were busy while others stood around. Once our names were called the agent, Dudley, tried to rush us out the door and was extremely rude when we wouldnt join the new Next plan. We will never go back to this store and are considering changing carriers due to this experience.

OK AT&T you guys rock! I just brought my service over from prepay to post and me being the tech guy decided to mess with my new Note 5 well apparently you cant use number sync just yet with your Samsung gear, you guys went to the extra mile to give me service, offer new products, and to fix the mess I made thank you!

Rep wasnt interested in anything I had to say. Tried opening a new acct & had questions about a phone. He was more focused on looking outside the window & giving very little informative answers. After leaving he walks behind me to smoke his cigarette. I guess that was the reason for his nonchalant demeanor.
