Very professional and honest staff! They dont try to sell you a product because its the most popular item on the market. They make sure that you are getting a phone that best suits your needs and budget. I had several bad experiences with the Gainesville location. The staff there is uneducated on their products and will try to sale you the most expensive product and plan. They even wouldnt let me have my sim card from my phone after I returned it. The sim card was originally from a old phone that I had paid for so the sim card belongs to me. They are also very dishonest. They told me I could not purchase a phone online and activate it unless it was open enrollment and that I had to purchase a phone in the store. I ended up switching to the oakwood location and was very pleased and happy with their service! Ken and Jeff are awesome!!

I want to report a very satisfying customer service experience at the Verizon Store on Mundy Mill Road. My wife and I have had some issues with our i-phones for some time now. A few days ago, we decided to deal with the problems. We had the good fortune to end up in the very capable hands of Keith Ware! He took charge of the issues each of us had with our phones…in my case data and photos. Keith was obviously very well trained, but also extremely confident in knowing exactly what steps needed to be taken. We were there for a good period of time, but the wait was very well worth it! Had a great experience here!!! What had been a horrible day dealing with Verizon phone peopleb putting me on hold and being almost ok Verizon a 15 year Verizon customer due to frustration and lack of service, I stopped in here to give it one last shot. Kennedy K saved the day. He went above and beyond to turn around my now very negative experience. I am mms ow up and running and a very happy customer!!! Thanks Kennedy!!!

We could use any Verizon phone provider, but SERVICE is the reason we use Cellular Sales. We currently use and manage 43 cellular devices. Cellular Sales helps us insure that we are on the best programs to maximize our efficiency. We have used 3 different cellular providers and over 5 different equipment providers. After 5 years, we are still very please with Cellular Sales.

Came in expecting to replace a broken iphone with an old iphone model and left with a much better deal on a newer phone and a lower overall bill. Totally unexpected and Ken walked us through the whole thing to explain how we were saving money. Great experience and so much better than the other Verizon outposts in our area!

It truly seemed like she had our best interest in mind over Verizons. That benefits Verizon in the long run. She is a valuable asset to them.
