Where do I begin. Used ATT since August of 2015. Switched cable to direct TV in August of 2016. Ive almost never received the same explanation about the same question. Every time you speak to a different employee you get a different story. I wouldnt recommend these companies to ANYONE!! DO NOT TAKE DIRECT TV! I received a letter on Nov 3rd stating I need to make payment or arrangement to pay by Nov3rd or be disconnected so I called them on the third. The automated system offered me the option to make a promise to pay then transferred me to a person due to background noise. Looking back now Id be better off sticking with the computer and thats sad to say! I spoke to an employee who said I can remain in good status and make the payment by November 17th. I simply asked what day of the week that was he said Thursday. I asked if theres anyway I could make the payment the 18th which would be a payday. He said no. I said oh Kay I was going to set up an automatic payment but since its a Thursday Ill just call back and pay it on the 17th. The next day my service is disconnected! Theyre telling me I never set up a promise to pay. My last payment was barely two weeks ago and Im disconnected and being told I need to pay the entire $245 balance to get it turned back on. If they wouldve done their job I wouldnt be disconnected. So my husband and I are both fed up at this point and tell them to cancel everything with them indefinitely. Direct TV now telling me because of an EMAIL they sent me that I never read they have legal authority to debit the card I have "on file" for at least $420 if I dont pay the bill before 44 days. Firstly I NEVER EVER authorized my card number to be stored Ive actually declined for it to be. Ive simply used it to pay each bill! That is ILLEGAL!!!! I EVEN asked for a lawyer to contact me and explain how is an email a legal and binding contract when I never even read it much less signed anything. An email youve sent out didnt give you the right to break the law much less take my money I dont authorize! Att in general has been a very difficult company to work with because you never know who youre going to get and most of their employees seem to me nothing short of incompetent. Ive spent about thirty minutes on the phone Thursday evening just for them to not even confirm the arrangement THEY offered ME. over an hour and a half yesterday and an hour and a half again today. What a waste of my time! Im shocked they have no previous reviews on here they probably have them removed or something. I wouldnt recommend these companies which are now partners to anyone!! Theyre planning on STEALING money from my account just in time for Christmas that I do not owe! Ill make certain that that does not happen and I certainly let them know Id be canceling the card number that they illegally kept on file. Even asked for their attorney to explain to me how sending an email fixes them the right to break the law and they expect me to write their legal Dept a letter. Theyll never get a red cent from me outside of what we received in service prior to midnight November 4th. Theres so many viewing options out there Im not going to tie myself to any company this remedial, greedy, and incompetent. Wouldnt recommend them to a soul!

I went to upgrade my phone and waited an hour. I had no problem waiting .. but as I was I watched WILL shake in his chair because he was ready to go. Then he talked a customer out of upgrading.. and just when I was happy I wasnt going to get the guy. Ivan has him help us.. First thing he did was lied and told me all of my phones were unlimited... when I had my account pulled up.. then he lied and told me some story that didnt make sense on why I could not upgrade that day..... I had already call customer service. He was ready to go.. and didnt want to help me. Sad. He should be fired because hes a lier. If I didnt I would be. Customer Service with this company stinks.

My older samsung was having trouble working with newer google apps. Patrick the android expert helped me quickly solve a problem that had my hair coming out for weeks. We reset the software and got my unit way i like it. He also made great suggestions for upgrading! Thanks for the patience and knowledge. Tony helped me set up my ipad with cellular service just as easily and I was quickly back to work without needing wifi. At least three other staff members helped me on other short visits. Very friendly knowledgeable guys. Thanks again!

We are thinking about switching from a different carrier. No one greeted us when we came in so we werent sure what the process was - sign in somewhere? Find a sales rep? Stand awkwardly at the door? The person who did speak to us was nice, and honest about their services as opposed to being high pressure.

Great service and great selection. Staff especially Charlie, help me get a simm card issue resolved pretty quickly and didnt try to up sale me on stuff I didnt need. Store has a large staff all who have a good attitude and are eager to help you out.

The place is always busy and wait time rages from 1hr to 2hrs before you can even get service. They have to come up with a plan to not make people wait that long or at least stimate wait times, that way people can decide if to wait or not.

Hands down the best place in town or the state!!! Excellent customer service excellent most excellent. Instead of making my bill go up, they worked and re-done my plan saving me over $60/mo. Love this place!!
