I signed up for Sprint services in early June of this year. The rep that assisted me was Carissa R. I asked very detailed questions as it related to the services I would be receiving the pricing and etc to make sure I was clear on everything and that there would be NO surprises. Little did I know... Lets just say no matter what I asked and was told surprises came 4 weeks later when I received my 2nd bill via text. I signed up on the $90.00 for up to 5 lines. I was shocked at the rate but it reeled me and my family in so we agreed. My hubby and I received the Galaxy S8 and S8+ on the buy one get one 1/2 off deal. My mother the Galaxy S8 (addtl $30.00 a month), and my niece the Free J3. It was explaiend that our bill would be about $180.00 per month which was perfectly fine with us as thats what we were paying with our previous provider so NO BIGGY! Well, the 2nd months bill was $255.00. I get the alert and go into the store the exact same day needing someone to explain this. I was told that a resolution was sent to the team that handled it and to be expecting credits and a phone call saying it was resolved. The call never came nor did the credits and the time was coming around to pay the bill as I didnt want our lines to get disconnected. I then called the store and spoke to manager Martin who listened and said he would resolve the billing and give me a call back once resolved. Again, no call ever came so I submitted payment in the amt of $180.00 trying to give them time to get the credits listed on the account. I then get a call from Sprint customer service 3 days after the bill date that my lines was going to be disconnected for the $70.00 that remained open and due on the acct. I explained to her that the account was being investigated by managers at store I originally set up services at and she still insisted that the funds be paid. So I paid the bill to keep my lines on and immediately called the store speaking this time to a different manager ...Nothing has been done and here it is August and I have received my 3rd bill. Guess how much this bill is....Another $255.00. Sprint has lot their total minds as this is not about to happen. After receiving the text on the 3rd bill I immediately called into the office and spoke to yet another manager who said the bill should be $160.00 and that he will resolve the issue. STILL NOTHING has been done and no one has returned my call. I called back and spoke back to Martin who says that he never received a response from customer service regarding July so thats why he didnt call me back. Thats no excuse AT ALL. I asked for the owner of he store or a way to contact him bc this store is a joke and does not do good business. I was provided an email address to the DM who has not responded nor has he called me. I just called the office again and Martin is with a customer but will give me a call back. This has been going on for neraly 2 months now and its absolutely ridiculous. I reside 1hr and 10 mins from this store and its very aggravating that I am going to have to drive to Gainesville and stay in that store until my account is resolved. PERIOD ...RUN....stick to Verizon, Im trying to go back now!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my 30 years of living! Update: 8/17/17 3:39pm I just got off the line with Martin (Manager) who informed me that the original rep who assisted me with services (Carissa) didnt inform me or an additional rental cost of the device on top of the lease price...Huh, two rental price...Where does that happen at? That makes no since at all. Anyhow, he offered me a credit of $603.00 which would cover the addtl rental price for the remainder of my 1 yr lease with Sprint. He said that those charges were about $30.00 per month bringing my bill down to $220.00 instead of 250.00. The bill is only suppose to be $180.00 and I have advised him of that on each call weve had. Martin then told me that they will only do the $603.00 credit nothing more regardless of the price listed on my contract.

Very reluctant to write such a horrible review, but I have given this establishment many opportunities to glean my satisfaction and they have squandered them all. When my phone wouldnt take a charge at the port and another had to be ordered, I held my tongue at having to wait for 2 hours just for them to diagnose the problem. I was told I would be called when the phone came in, and then TWO MONTHS went by. Finally I called to see what was the hold up (which took 30 minutes of my holding to find out). I was then informed that they called me (no missed called or voicemails on my end) and I never came to get the phone, which they only keep for 10-12 days before sending it back. (okay, so it is 10...or 12?) Then they tried to tell me I had to come all the way back to resign the same paperwork just for them to reorder the phone. After arguing with someone who obviously couldnt help me, the manager was put on the phone who tried to tell me the same thing and then MAGICALLY was able to do the simple thing I asked. heres the kicker; that was 6 days ago. Today, I received a phone call stating that TODAY was the last day to come pick up the phone, that they only hold it for FIVE days and that I was technically overdue! How did we go from 10-12 to FIVE DAYS? Well guess what... like a lot of other people I have a 9-6 job that doesnt work with their 10-6 service schedule who is also closed on Sundays, conveniently my only day off. Horrible, horrible customer service. These people are literally paid to HELP people and solve their issues. Yet everyone I have spoken to acts as if I am an inconvenience in their day. Very very disappointed. And what else but that a new Sprint store finally is opened near my home....BUT. DOESNT. HAVE. A. SERVICE. CENTER.

I have been a Sprint customer for 11 years. I love Sprint. However, I would have to recommend Sprint remove this retailer. I have on 3 separate occasions tried to upgrade 3 of the phones on our plan. After going through the whole process of eligibility, possible phones, They told us we were going to have to "Pay for the phone upfront" or "they cannot upgrade my phone without changing my plan since my plan is so old." I had done my research before arriving at the store. And knew on all 3 occasions this to be false. Today I tried to upgrade my phone to an Iphone7 they told me The cost to lease the phone would be $27 a mo. I currently have a $15 discount on all our lines. When I asked the Sales Manager if that discount will remain on my account? He said he was not sure and called someone over to help. They both then told me "No". I was uneasy with this, and because I dont trust them, I told them I needed to think about it. I left and ran a few errands... and called Sprint. She told me that I WOULD receive a $10 discount, AND that the store should have told me that and should honor it. (They didnt) It would appear they will do anything to get me into a new "better" plan or phone, that is not what I as the customer want. They have lied regarding the necessity of upgrading my plan (Grandfathered in). I cannot trust any of their salespeople, so now I have to drive an hour away to get what I need. Suggestions: 1. Do your homework before you go to the store, and do not trust them. 2. Do not use this store. Buford store has been great!
