For the past three months, I had been struggling and was very frustrated with some errors on my bill. Each time I talked to a representative, the conversation would end with what I thought were completed corrections/adjustments; only to experience the same discrepancies on the following billing cycle. I then discussed these same concerns with the representatives at the Miller Road location. They promised to review my account and follow-up with me, but I did not receive so much as a follow-up phone call, e-mail or text; AT&T is the my carrier for all of these services. I then made an appointment and took my bills into the Court street location, where I had previously purchased my son’s iPhone 6. It took Rebekah 10 minutes to analyze my bills and explain what had happened, why it happened and what could be done to resolve my issue. She requested that I leave my bills with her so she could make some phone calls. In the time it took me to drive from the Court street location to my home, she was calling me with a resolution. Rebekah is a fantastic representative! She is patient, empathetic and has a very positive attitude. She speaks from a strong knowledge base and has a firm understanding of AT&T’s current products and procedures. She is also fun to work with. I am now confident that I can get any AT&T issue resolved quickly and accurately by visiting the Court street store. Thank you Rebecca! My only regret is that I did not post this review sooner.

Been with them since they were Cingular wireless (15 years). They are always a headache when I go and never once have they ever given me a break or gone above any beyond. Today I went in to see my options and I think in finally sick of not being valued as a customer. I might actually switch providers.
