because I had to return jeans that did not fit and I lost my receipt, YOU are going to tell me I cannot even get a store credit!?? I am spending $40.00 more to buy DICKIE jeans and you will not give me credit for the two pair of jeans with tags on them that I had to return twice because of the way they fit? As much money as I spend at this Walmart, I happen to loose the receipt and you will not take the jeans back with my license for credit. I am so tired of WALMART profiling people. This one has the worst customer service, you WILL take these jeans back and I will never shop at your store again, you tell me it is because of c fraud..You have insurance, do not make me pay for what you cannot control. I ma a paying customer and have always been. I want to exchange these jeans and I dont need Walmart analyzing me to do so. You do not have it posted anywhere that you cannot exchange or return more than three times. I want the MANAGER to call me, I will NEVER go back to this WALMART, IF THIS IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. And the rude CO Manager. Who needs to be treated this way when I am spending my money..How dare you Walmart..

This location is ok i guess. They have starting that speedy checkout process here where most of the registers have been turned into self check out lanes. Up to 5 registers are monitored by 1 cashier. Theres only 1 or 2 registers that have cashiers at any time of day or night. I dont know how I feel about this as i havent done a heavy shopping trip there yet. I dont know how Im going to feel have to scan and bag a cart full of my own groceries. Ill have to update this review on this note later. I find that they are not very well stocked most times. This store is clean and the layout is different now. I am seeing this layout change in a lot of Walmarts. This Walmart is better than the Walmart closer to 20 but not as stocked as them.

Went in to fill my prescription after surgery and was told he was not comfortable filling it , so I asked was there a problem with it because he could call the Dr to verify it. There was no problem with it but he was not comfortable with it. Talked to the manger of the store and was told it was his decision not to. Went to Rite Aide and had Zero problems. Wal Mart, Salem Rd Covington. The worst customer service experience ever. I was standing there in pain with 15 staples in my stomach and all I got again was " Im not comfortable". Called the hotline and have not heard anything, was told someone would call me back within 48 hours...STILL WAITING...

There is always a long wait in customer service. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes in line to pick up money from moneygram. I was told all I needed to bring is ID and reference number to pick up money. I gave reference number and ID and the cashier asked me for the name of sender. I told her Mr. Ware and she told me I cant have my money unless I know his first name. Today I went to Conyers Walmart and asked what I needed to pick up money and the cashier said ID and reference number thats it. I handed her the ID and gave the reference number and less than 5 minutes I was in and out with my money. Terrible customer service in Covington with attitudes.

This Walmart is horrible!!!! I had the worst experience tonight and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The employees have the biggest attitude problems. And heaven forbid if you ask them a question.... and interrupt their conversation! They pop off some more attitude at you! I HATE this store and my experience tonight will stop me from EVER stepping foot inside another Walmart for the rest of my life. I hate Walmart and all of their employees.

As usual I found all that I needed--and more. But above all, it was so pleasant to have employees greet me as I moved through the aisles. Then last, but not least, my cashier at the check-out, after filling the large shopping bag I had with me, and the extra plastic bag which I was trying to avoid using, offered to follow me to my car to help lift it in. Thank you, Joanna. Thank you, Walmart.

I love this walmart! No matter what I am shopping for at this location, which is less than 2 miles from the house, the excellent customer service, combined with an always curteous and kind staff makes my visit a pleasure. Chivalry may be dead, but customer service at the Salem Rd. location is alive and well during a time when in many businesss it is a lost art.

Didnt really like the layout of the store. I like to get all my cold stuff together and last. All the cold sections were not put next to eachother. The dairy department was in the back and the frozen department was in the front next to produce. The checkout lines are always long. Need to open more registers even during the middle of the day.

Never has what you need in stock or different things like other Wal-Marts. Dirty, and like MOST Wal-Marts NEVER enough lanes open, So my question is, Why do the install all these lanes and NEVER USE THEM? A Lot of things arent priced either. If Walmart wasnt as close as it is to us we wouldnt even go there.

Ive been in many Walmart stores, but my Brownbridge/Salem Rd Walmart in Covington,GA is my favorite. They have everything I need for my home, I love that they have the coupons now. Ryans gas station is so clean and have all the scratch off I need. I can walk around the store and have fun. Keep up the good work

One of the worst Walmarts If you are retired or jobless you probably have enough time to shop here They are so cheap they cant hire enough cashiers 4 out of cash registers open on Saturday evening it has been 45 minutes in line to check out Thats how it is almost every time I come here

The store is clean and they usually have both sides of the store open with self check out so you can get in an out pretty quickly. Sundays between 10am and 4pm are the worst, but that is probably the case with any store. If you go on thursday night the shelves can be pretty bare.

This is pretty much your normal Walmart. The food selection and layout is a bit confusing though. Some foods are spread through several isles, so you might go to the section youre looking for but they dont have the item you want, only to find it later in another isle.

I do not do my grocery shopping here. I stop by usually for the electronics. They mostly all have are DVDs, video games and music Cds. They do lack some office electronics, but then again they are not Best Buy. They have a Subway in the front, and the food is good.

They never have what I need. Shelves never stay shocked. I asked a stock guy could he look in the back for the frozen salmon. He just flat out tell me they dont have it. The customer service is going down hill. This use to be my favorite store.
