I have used the auto-care center here twice in less than a month and hated both visits. The older gentleman, bless his heart, he NEEDS to retire. I needed two new tires. They couldnt service my car, despite the hours stating they were open until 7pm. I called and checked to see if they could service my car BEFORE I drove down there. I walked in at 3pm and they were fully slotted and Short a tech. The tech that was there was on overtime and leaving at 5 so they couldnt take more vehicles. So I bought tires in hopes to return the following morning. I asked him if I could purchase the road hazard on the tires I was buying and he told me I couldnt purchase that until they mounted my tires. When I asked if they would charge me the carry-in mount price he said no, because it was their fault they couldnt provide me a service. I returned the following day and not only did they fail to give me the road hazard coverage after asking multiple times, but they charged me that damn $10 for both tires as a carry in, when I bought them there at that location the previous day and it was their fault of understaffing, that they couldnt provide the service I needed and we had to leave. They couldnt even honor what they told me. And when I sent my husband in to correct their mistake they refused to refund the carry in price and only allowed me to purchase road hazard and chastized him for not purchasing them when we bought the tires. Completely Contradicting what the old associate told us the previous day.

Just left the walmart and whatever lady was working the self checkout on the grocery side of the store decided she was going to try and tell me my SERVICE DOG was not allowed inside the store! And when she was informed that he was a service dog she looked me and him up and down and said "not hes not!" i got my card for him out so quick! I didnt have his collar or leash so i was using whatever i found in my car to bring him in. I was already having a bad day and my dog helps me with those days and horrible people like her! Im very angry i didnt get her name but she had a witch nose and longish gray granny hair that was super frizzy. When i then informed her that she was not allowed to ask me about my dog given my previous employment with walmart in the next town over she then told me her manager was right down there and i could go get them if i wanted to!!! I couldnt believe the disrespectful nature this woman had towards me and zeke (my service dog) from the get go! I plan to take him with me EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to walmart now and i rrally hope that the management plans to remove her from their staff effective immediately! If i were a veteran this would go viral and walmart would have no choice but to take out the trash.

Today around 7 pm raining day I bring my husbands watch to be fix at Walmart Dawsonville, Ga. I am waiting very passionly cause she is helping other gentlemen purchased the ring. Her name is Joanne works at jewelry department. She looked at me and I told her that I need a pin for my husbands watch. She said dont have it. She is not tried to look for it. Same problem when my husband and I go to Walmart with same problem. She helped my husband and she is very nice helping and solved the problem. Not when I came alone with my son to the store. I felt she is very racist and discrimination to me. I felt humiliation and dont want to argue with her cause my son with me. I know the reason also why people hate to go to Walmart cause bad people and bad customer service and no respect.

Went to Walmart this afternoon to pick up a few items with my disabled aunt who has MS and Lupus. She needed to grab some things for her home and thought it would be best to go to Walmart so she could get everything at one place. WELL!!!! Not ONE single electric cart available. One lady had just came in and got one but then there was another one parked inside the McDonalds and the person was sitting up on the high top tables eating with the art next to her empty! My poor aunt had to walk the whole store. This is not acceptable! The store makes plenty of money to add more electric carts. We will take our business elsewhere from now on! I would have today but was too much getting her back in car and moving to another store to do it all over again.

I think all the registers should be ripped out and put in u-scan clusters because there are 500 registers none are ever open and I rename this place hell Mart! I only come twice a month to get things that nowhere else sells and then when you get in line at the self-checkout it only takes cash or the one that youre in only takes credit but theres no signs that tell you that thank goodness for the sweet girl that was running the self checkout and she rang me up herself on her own register I have worked over 10 hours this is my 4th store Ive been in before I go home so Im sorry for the rant but it is ridiculous

Went in to buy a bar of soap, and the single bar was cheaper (per bar) than the 3 pack... Same soap, same scent, same weight (per bar). In what parallel universe is it ok for a retailer to charge MORE for buying bulk? Boo on Walmart for taking advantage of customers who assume they are getting a deal buying the multi pack items. And its not just soap, Ive seen this on items store wide. Not a very honest marketing strategy is it? Corporate America is the Devil!

A really big Walmart. So popular in Dawsonville that people in highschool will literally ask other people on dates to it. I wouldnt recommend that, and would really only recommend stopping at the Walmart if youre in need of some quick cheap clothes or something of that nature as there are two fully fledged grocery stores right down the road a quarter mile and an outlet mall directly across the road.

Kinda like all the other wally worlds out there. Not enough cashiers. Yada yada. On the positive. They have a pretty good produce section. Not awesome but pretty good. The outdoor section is usually staffed with a human that can be located and ammo can be gotten within a reasonable amount of time.

Manager charolene or how ever u say it was so rude to me and my husband about cashing our checks. Told us to go else where and cash them. She is customer service manager I guess. Once I asked for the store managers name she instantly changed her mind. Ill drive to Gainesville before I go bk there

Very slow getting out one cash register open and its all the way at the far end of the store and you park at the opposite end every time it seems I go to Walmart theres always one or two cast registers open only and theres lines of people trying to get out whats wrong with this place
