I stopped in on Monday night July 31st about 9 p.m. I went in the door by the pharmacy and picked up some vitamins and picked up a few pairs of jeans and other things to try on. There was no one around to open the door to the dressing room and a lady was in the Alcove there trying shirts on over her top because she said she had been waiting for a key and had gone to the front desk and no one had showed up. I heard them calling over the speaker for someone to go to the dressing room. I waited there a few minutes and finally went to a cashier and ask them to page someone. That person was very busy so I ask another personnel if they would please page someone. I went back to the dressing room to wait and I heard them make the page. I sat down and waited several more minutes and no one showed. I was gathering the things to put back when a lady who works there and was doing personal shopping since she wasnt on duty yet thought to ask me if I was waiting. She page someone and finally she said she was going to go get a key for me. By the time I got into the dressing room it was 10 minutes till 10. By this time I was not in the mood to be changing clothes so I just put everything back and went back to the pharmacy door to get to my car. The doors were locked. Turns out they blocked them at 10 p.m. I always park my car as close to the door as I can when I am shopping at night especially. Now I had to go out the grocery door and walk all the way through the parking lot in the dark to my car. Please put a sign on the pharmacy doors that they will be locked at 10 p.m. I cannot see myself going back to this store anytime soon

I have been to this walmart several times. employees are dis interested in what your looking for or to help. Im calling the main # & no one will answer. Finally I got lawn & garden and I asked why are you answering the phone he says oh customer service is just lazy & probably transfered you back here , he cant help so whats that. Then I tried to buy tires for my car, the kid back their says nasty ah we dont have them but eastgate might. He wouldnt try & look to see if he could get them or even if eastgate had what I was wanting, thats a 400.00 sale. They are screwed their. Then I been noticeing the same car in front of store in a handicap spot time & time again. Finally I saw an employe come be boping out. Shes a cashier that stands all day. She could park down by lawn & garden in a hanicapp spot where no one else parks & even be closer to the time clock than by parking in 1st spot directly in front of store. I asked around to find this info about time clock out. Im in a wheelchair & on oxygen & 1/2 the time I have to park way back in handicapp or in a regular spot - employees are parking in spots I need & park their all day. Boy oh Boy. This store needs help. If you go their beware. Employees hate their job & wont care what your looking for

I dont know what these people are going on about, I found the store to be extremely helpful when it came to asking staff members for help and directions around the store. I even had the assistance of a wonderful young lady who directed me to where I needed to go. She went out of her way at the cashiers desk to show me where I needed to go, which is something that "Target" would never do, those cheap bastards. You dont find good help like that in many stores, but this store in Milford was an exception. She was such a help also when it came to accepting about 8 different coupons that I had. I knew that I was being a bit of a pain, but she still served me with a smile. Did you know that they accept competitors coupons? Simply amazing! I ended my delightful day at Walmart with a kiss on this extremely helpful young ladys hand and wished her the best. The only bad thing I would say, is things mustve been really hot in that store. I didnt feel it so much, but this young ladys cheeks were bright red. I overheard that the A/C was down, but they said they were working on it... Anyway, I must say that it was simply the best service from any Walmart store around the country that I have ever experienced. Thank you once again!

This Walmart is well-stocked and always has low prices on clothes. So, why would I give this place only one star? Because every single time I go there I see employees that wont look me in the eye, and three times Ive seen employees getting actually YELLED AT by their managers on the floor, in front of customers. I saw a younger supervisor physically throw something at one of the older associates. Im ashamed to say I did not report them because I did not get any names, but I cant stand to go there and witness more degradation of employees. And I cant buy from any place that supports that sort of behavior.

The organization of this Walmart is so completely different than any Walmart Ive been to, that its nearly impossible to find anything. In addition to that, most of the employees are unhelpful, and act as if you dont exist. There was one employee that I found who was helpful and cheerful. I think the worst part of the whole experience is that there were zero, thats right, zero open checkout lanes. I had to use the self-checkout and I had several heavy, awkwardly-sized, items. Your time is much better spent traveling the 10 minutes to the Walmart in Eastgate.

This is the worst managed Walmart Ive ever been in. The employees are nice enough but the shelves are always poorly stocked, the fruit is always terrible, there is never enough checkers, nearly every cart has unbalanced wheels and just this morning, a Saturday, theyve got one guy covering both paint and sporting goods(gun counter) and theres a line at both places and hes having to go back and forth. This place has been like this since it first opened. Please get a new manager in here.
