LOL Sears site will not accept my review!!! I was really excited to get this oven as I LOVE to bake. TWICE when using the self cleaning cycle the entire oven went on! Every burner on the top as well as inside the oven. Im surprised it didnt burn down my house the first time. After turning the self clean cycle on, I went to take a shower. I returned to the kitchen after smelling "wood smoke" It was my cabinetry next to the oven. THE ONLY WAY I COULD TURN THE OVEN OFF WAS TO TURN OFF THE BREAKER IN THE BASEMENT!! (Pushing buttons on the control panel didnt work!) I called and asked for a replacement as I was afraid of this "runaway oven".... but they refused and sent a service man who changed some panel in the back. The next time I went to use the self clean the same thing happened, although I was smart enough not to leave the room! Repair man sent again. I repeatedly asked for a replacement....Nope... They changed the panel in the back again and told me to run a fan next to the back of the oven the next time I use the self cleaning mode! Seriously?!? I NEVER use the self cleaning cycle in the oven anymore as Each time it broke down I had to wait about 2 weeks for repair and Im literally afraid of this oven. ( I do want to say both repair men where nice and professional) however the company (SEARS) was not helpful or concerned for my familys welfare whatsoever even after I described the fire risk and the fact that the oak cabinetry next to the oven smelled scorched! This all happened within the first year of ownership. Bought a 2 year insurance as I guess Im stuck with this lemon.

Do not. I repeat do not put yourself through what I just went through. Sears price matched home depot...then got the order completely wrong and a day late, then would not stand by the original order, then held our $2000 for a week, causing us to be without major appliances for two weeks when we should have gone with home depot in the first place and waited the one week for delivery. Dealing with their foreign customer service was a nightmare. Please do yourself the favor and do not bring your business to sears. They did NOTHING to remedy the problem that they are responsible for.

If I could go lower than one star I would. Person works in tool departmen is very very rude.Give him broken rachet He brings it back its just as bad tells me it needs to be broken in ask him to repair it again would not ..Spent a lot on tool at sears over the years .WILL NOT SPEND ONE DOLLAR MORE AT SEARS

The auto service is really good and would recommend them for any car/auto issue you may have. When Im there the other associates are really nice and are always willing to help and answer questions. I have been in better Sears but this one is pleasant for the town its in.
