I went here this past weekend for deals. Instead we were treated like shoplifters. Everywhere my mom and I turned , we were being watched or followed. Sales associates would just steer at us . I finally found a shirt on sale got to the register , keep in mind we are still being watched . I purchased the shirt and on the way out my mom had to use the restroom , I wanted to get out of this place so badly . The associates still stood in between racks and watched me , one even walked in back by the restroom . On the way out the front door my mom saw a bag so we stopped again a associate followed us , I guess she wanted to make sure we did not put anything in are bags we had several . The moral of the story is that you should not profile your customers. We did not feel welcomed here . I have had problems at another location as well in Giwnett with the associate named Beverly , she is very rude and I put in a complaint on her as well . Off Saks really needs to train their associates on customer service and profiling of customers . I will not be shopping at any Off Saks it is always the same bad behavior. P.S. the associates use those ear pieces to scoop out customers and profile them as they enter and exit the store .

Store Manager greeted me when I walked and and checked with me later to ensure I was finding what was needed chatted with two other employees who also asked if I needed assistance. Val helped in in mens where and in the fitting area, we sorted through twenty seperate pieces and patiently helped me in and out of dressing rooms with handfuls of "try-ons". All while helping in her customers in her area. She even asked if I wanted a basket to load up the 16 pieces I had selected, went to retrieve and then loaded my basket I continued to shop and was helped by Val as she pointed me to specific areas and offered valuable advice. When check time came (people are like a school of fish when it comes to time to check out impulse) a lined quickly formed and the Store Mgr stopped what she was doing and hustled to open a third line. My check person, wish I got his name, was a very kind and polite fellow who ensured each piece was priced correctly, that all the l.p. tags were removed, and that I was accurately billed he then carefully packaged my purchase for carry off. He was very helpful and was on the floor working earlier and asked if I required assistance. The quality of clothing is very high grade and the values on each item are unparalleled in the ATL market.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Asked for a fitting room and given a snarky response. Never got a staff member to actually unlock a room for me. Very disappointing.
