I was in there tonight trying to print off some photos. I uploaded 228 pictures from the app that you have to download to beable to load pictures from your phone to the kiosk. I was sitting there for over an house with my son, finally after an hour of waiting for them to load my phone said it was done loading and to disconnect phone from the kiosk. Before doing so i noticed the screen said it was only 97% loading. I waited for a few minutes and it never changes percentage. I asked the gentleman in the photo area i believe his name is Richard. He was trying to help me out as much as he could telling me it looks like either the cord that i was using on there machine was a bad cord or it looked like the screen on the kiosk was frozen. I told him that something needed to be done since I was here for over an hour trying to print these pictures out. He said he would get his boss to see what they could do to help me out. Another gentleman came up to me and asked what was wrong I told him the same thing that I told the gentleman Richard. He then said that there probably was nothing they could do to compensate me for my time and that they would have to check with his manager since he would be the one to make the decision. He got his boss bill and when he came up instead of saying how can I help you he decides to say whats wrong. He acted like he was interrupted on his break or something. I simply explained to him what my issue was and that I was not going to sit for another hour and have these pictures try to get reprinted again. He said he had no control over the kiosk and maybe the issue was my phone. He never wants said he was sorry for my time being wasted, and never asked what he could do to fix the situation. All bill said was that we could cancel the order and I would have to do it at my house on my computer. I told him if I wanted to do that I would have done it at my house and not have came here. He was very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. For someone to be a manager you would think he would have done something to have compensated my time since I was there for over an hour but instead he decides to try to blame the issue on my phone and saying there was nothing he could do. What pisses me off is that he never once said he was very sorry for what had happened and that he apologizes that I would have to probably do this uploading my pictures again. After I left I called the store and I asked to speak to his manager. The lady that answered the phone she said he was out today and would be in tomorrow and that his name was John Day. I told her thank you and that I would simply call the store tomorrow and to speak to John Day about Bill and his horrible horrible customer service or I should say lack of customer service. Hopefully with me talking to John Day there will be something done about the situation and expecially with Bill the manager, because if it was up to me I would fire him. And if you ever have to ask for a manager never ask for Bill because you will get the cold shoulder. He is a tall dark black male with glasses so if he comes walking your way to try to solve the problem you might have well you might as well give up because all he will do is try to blame whatever situation you have a concern about on you.

Out of many employees, managers included, there is ONE employee that is nice and I shop at this store at least 3 times a week. Just one! It has everything I need and its in the area. Im just the no nonsense type that keeps on in life. No matter how negative employees and managers are. No one owes me a HELLO. Even if I say it first. But looking at me like you have a problem when Im clearly not doing anything wrong is uncalled for. Im the type of customer that doesnt even ask for help. And find my items on my own. I have manners. So if youre the type that likes to go in and get out with your things with no interaction then this is the store for you.

The store is always well stocked, but I avoid the pharmacy. I had my prescription transfered here from another pharmacy and it took them 2 days to get back to me and when I went to pick up my prescription they told me to wait since they had a problem and it wasnt ready. So I waited 15 minutes and I asked how much longer it was going to take, they told me to be patient. I understand they are busy, but I had called in for the reason that I didnt have time to wait. I left and didnt receive the call that my prescription was ready for another hour! They probably wouldve made me wait all that time and only tell me to be patient the whole time.

I called to check and see if they make boutonnieres. When my call was finally answered I asked my question and got "No we dont make veneers, this is Walmart who are you kidding" and was hung up on. I immediately called back and told the lady who answered what just happened, and didnt get so much as an apology until AFTER I explained that they are for my fathers funeral. Then she proceeded to give me a phone number to call, which was the exact number I had just dialed twice. I had a simple question, and received the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

I Am Beyond Fed Up With One Cashier In Particular At Wal-Mart! Every Time I Check Out In Her Line She Is Always Very Rude And Disrespectful. She Has Slammed Change Down In My Hand Hard Enough To Make Me Drop It And Refused To Sale Me Cigarettes For Ridiculous Reasons On Numerous Occasions. Im 22 And She Makes Up A Strange Excuse Not To Sale Them To Me. Im Cashier So I Know Its Stressful, But I Let It Go The First Couple Times, But I Cant Count The Time On Both Hands Now Thats She Been Hateful. I Am Gonna Be Contacting Miss Vickies Manager Real Real Soon;)

Was threatened by an associate when I asked for his name. He refused to give me his name and removed it before I could read it. Other employees wouldnt tell me his name. I asked if a manger was near by and he stated yes but refused to get him. He said "if there wasnt a manager near by thered be even more trouble". Ive tried to speak with management but no luck. Ive called 180-walmart twice and after two weeks Ive still not heard back from anyone. Be careful at that location.

This store is extremely hot! Turn down the A/C on the weekends when you know lots will be coming and going and school season.. SMH! I was sweating going through this store getting what i needed and when time to check out, the cashier at self checkout was too and she had a fan! Customer service for in store pick up is the worst if you have a problem with the order. BETTER OFF WITH AMAZON! I will not be shopping here EVER again!
