I have never had a bad experience with target until I went to the Gainesville Georgia store. The customer service was horrible, when you greet somebody with a hello how are you and you work in customer service you should respond.... Multiple items rang up without the discounts and when we corrected the cashier he got an attitude and said hed give us the discount, and said "I will tell you that its wrong" even though the discount sticker was on the box and on the shelf! Great customer service! This is one employee you could do without because apparently he does not realize that the customers pay his bills! Off to flowery branch target where the customer service there is outstanding!

They recently did some much needed face lifting and resets in this Target. It made it better, for sure. The employees have never been much help the plenty of times Ive come here over the years. You dont ever seem to find them when you need them and if you have questions, youre pretty much out of luck unless you head up to the front. Whats the point in having check out stands elsewhere in the store, such as electronics, if theyre never going to be used? The Target in Flowery Branch blows this one out of the water by a mile and is worth the extra drive.

Its not a bad store. This location has always had a pleasant staff and the customer service people have always been very accommodating with anything we decided to return. However the 3 star rating is due to the amount of useless trash sold and specifically marketed with deception (ex: raising an items price and then marking it back down to the original price with a CLEARANCE tag) to take advantage of consumers (read: wives) everywhere. I mean the name Target should have been foreshadowing. After Target, youll feel TarGOT.

It only looks better because its next to one of the worst Wal-Marts out there. Compared to the flowery branch Target This one is bad. Barely any employees and the ones there are of NO help. The lighting is bad (generally needs maintenance) and the stock is lacking and often misplaced. Almost always have a bad experience and there are simple better options out there. Heck, there are even better Targets in the area! (Flowery Branch Target is much better)

Hard to find anyone to help you since the remodeling. They even did away with the push for help buttons in the departments. I would say this was a downgrade and c a way for them to p ut more on the customer and decrease the help.

In the middle of a re-model... Not much on shelves and workers blocked aisles with their carts and didnt seem to care to at least move themselves out of your way when youre reaching around them to get items.
