I love Fashion and nothing gives me more confidence than looking trendy. coz of my love for fashion i applied for a job at west oaks and did all my interviews with Tiana and Randi respectively. I was promised feedback within 5 business days and one of the interviewers confirmed to me verbally I had passed the interviews. Two weeks gone no feedback until i was forced to call the store for my feedback. Regardless of the feedback ,I felt it was unethical for a great company like Nordstrom with exceptional customer services to over promise and under deliver. As an HR by profession for future reference ""Feedback is the breakfast of a Champion" . I will give you a 2 for communication gap.

I love Nordstorm rack. But this location sucks totally. The customer service is so worse and they treat based on ur skin color. I never have been treated so bad after spending a hundred bugs in any other shop before. I wasnt expecting to b treated with extra special care. Just basic customer satisfaction would have been appreciated! Just an UPDATE. So i could return the product in Nordstorm rack Ann Arbor location with out any issues. This proves the quality of customer service of this Novi location!!!!

I love the chain, but Im not really feeling this location. I went to look for some clothes for my toddler and a gift for my mother. I came out with some Leggings for myself as all the kids clothing SAS utterly picked over, and the only gift items I found were really not to the usual Nordstrom standards. The good news is that there is a Nordstrom across the street, so not all was lost. This location also does not seem to have a designer shoe section that I see in other stores.

Nordstrom Rack has plenty of great sales on designer goods and unique pieces. This is by far the most organized Nordstrom Rack I have been to, probably because it is newer. I hope they are able to keep it so organized! Lots of good finds, especially during their "Clear the Rack" sales, which is an additional 25% off sale items.

I was here for the opening and on several other occasions as well, and they always have a great selection and great deals! The clothing is great quality, and a great selection. The employees are very attentive (but dont hover---yay!) and very helpful.

Great selection of marked down clothes. Could use a little tidying but in all fairness both times I went were right before the holidays. Huge ladies department and shoe department! So great to have one so close now.

As more and more of these Nordstrom Racks spring up they seem to be losing their selection! Still better than Marshals and TJ Max but not as potent as Off Saks Fifth Avenue.
