Nice selection of shoes and great service! The beautiful young lady over the fitting room, on 6/7/17 at approximately 5:30 p.m., was so helpful!! She helped me carry my numerous items into the fitting room. Also, the cashier was nice as well!! I didnt get the young mans name, but Im sure its on my account. Its so nice & refreshing to encounter young people that are genuinely nice!!

Customer Service at NR here is above and beyond! The prices are exceptional, half that of a sale at any other department store that carries the same brands. In addition, the selection of apparel is many times over what any other store in Ann Arbor carries on hand. In fact, if you havent visited this store, you are missing one of Ann Arbors shopping gems.

Excellent goods. I highly recommend going cash here because they still owe me $90 for taking out the total twice of my bank account. Its been almost a year, and nothing. Other than that I still go back just with cash. They have great clearance prices. $20 for free people shirts? Alright! Great shoes and gold prices. I will always shop here :)

I went to have a dress tailored & the employees were friendly, but were unable to answer my questions about the alteration & why were they charging my card if they will reimburse me. I left the store a little confused, but at the end got my dress altered & the tailor (Ayed) did a wonderful job with the alteration.

Just like any second try retail store like TJMaxx or Marshalls, the inventory can be hit or miss, but I have had the best luck finding great shoes (huge inventory), stylish shorts, and accessories like belts and bow ties. Some labels a cut above what you would find at TJ or Marshalls.

This is my favorite Nordstrom rack. They always have what I need and seem to always have a better selection over some of the other Nordstrom racks. I recently visited their new store in novi but by far this one exceeds my expectations.

The staff was extremely helpful in finding clothing to fit a 6 tall extremely slim male. They were very attentive, gave professional opinions on fit and color, and helped with selection and size changes. I was unexpectedly impressed.

Excellent selection. Unusual sizes. We lucked into a custom fitted shirt for under twenty and two of four jeans were on clearance. If you are tall and thin, this place is best to find well fitting shirts and jeans.

Upscale version of a Marshalls or TJmax. Crazy shoe selection. Store itself and people are a little rough around the edges.
