I just left the store and their customer service is horrible. The people in there are very rude and the managers dont care much either! I am a black woman and was shopping with my family for back to school clothes which we paid off in lay a way and continued shopping. We were WATCHED AND FOLLOWED ALL throughout the store although the lay away cashier gave the managers a heads up for us! This place is beyond horrible! Find another Kmart than the one in Conyers

I only gave this Kmart a 1 star because I did not have a choice for 0 stars . Manager Rookmatie was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I have never experienced such poor service. She did not want to handle the situation, at first she would not come out instead she sent other people . She also walked away without fixing the issue. I will be emailing cooperate.

I do not like this store. They will take money off a card and then it takes them a week to put it back when they over take. I always have an issue there. And will not ever use there lay way again. So over that place. Wish they would close forever.

They have no idea what theyre doing. They are rude. Lady couldnt read or pronounce. She doesnt need to be on a computer at customer service. Manager wouldnt help me. Wouldnt even talk to me. Had the employees do it even though he was right there.

Kmart lost their "swag" years ago and they are SUPER overpriced...I only come here when they have a sale or need layaway but then Im reluctant because I know Walmart has it cheaper...

Theres no customer service at this location what so ever. Waited 5 min just to get in fitting room. Then 25 mins for assistance in layaway
