The store usually has a good selection of clothes. The last couple times I visited it seemed everything i liked was not in my size, but they offered to order the items on line for me. A couple weeks ago I had forgot my coupon, the cashier told me not to worry and applied the discount right away- THAT means a lot to me! They have also performed multiple transactions to apply all my coupon discounts... the customer service at the registers is what keeps me coming back!

I went to the store to try to find mens dress shirts. I wandered around the store for a good 10 minutes without seeing a single employee. When I found a shirt I wanted to try on, the dressing rooms had clothing all over the floor. When i went to check out the front had a 2 or 3 min wait. The quality of the items is still good though.

I love shopping at JCPenney! If I find something that I love but I need a different size, I just take it to the service desk and they order it online and it comes straight to my house or the store. It doesnt get any easier than that.
