Absolutely horrible! Over promised and under delivered. After waiting 2 weeks for a delivery appointment the appliances show up without connectors. The delivery guys were not able to install the range without the new connectors and had to leave both the range and the new dishwasher in the garage. I was able to talk to the dispatcher and set up a delivery and installation appointment for 3 days later. The dishwasher must be installed by yet another 3rd party that contacts you the night before to tell you when they will be able to show up. Sears sells you the lie that they handle the installation and delivery in house unlike their competition. That is also false. The delivery and installation people simply transfer you from 3rd party to 3rd party explaining how they dont have any control over the other departments. If you do find a great deal on an appliance dont pay for the installation. They will charge you for delivery anyway, but get your own installer or do it yourself. At least you will know when everyone will show up. Never again!

I only gave them 1 star because I cant give ZERO STARS. The worst customer service ever. Said they wouldnt charge my card until the online order was processed and the item was in stock. They charged me anyway (over $250) and i was told it would be 10 to 14 days until i was refunded. The manager was unavailable. No wonder they are going out of business. I will never entertain doing ANY business with them.

So I am a Sears fan, my whole life. So glad we have one here: Quality appliances and great service from knowledgeable staff. I usually get some clothes and shoes too, the price is competitive. It is a tough world today for brick & mortar department stores. Recommending Sears!

I just dont like that they dont have shoe styles that are available online. I was wondering if sears can bring the brands names that are online so people can have more shoes selections.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Dont bring your car here. Over tightened my oil drain bolt on my aluminum drain pan. Then they dont answer the phone when you call.
