DO NOT use the self check-out at this store...even though they typically have one or two registers open... I was ATTACKED when leaving the store after going through the self check-out for some "items not scanned"...Meanwhile, the register I used was known to be malfunctioning, and would not produce a receipt, therefore I had no idea that the items didnt scan. I was FORCED into their little "interrogation" room, was not given the opportunity to give a statement, and within 10 minutes, HANDCUFFED by Barrow County Sheriffs department WITH JUVENILE HANDCUFFS (I am 61" 220), and again FORCED into the back of the car...all while MY SON stood and watched. The whole deal has cost me over $2000 in court fees and medical bills because of nerve damage to my wrists... All of this so someone could get a star for the day... SHOP ELSEWHERE! I had been loyal to this store for 10 years prior to this incident...and also have NEVER been arrested for ANYTHING in my life. Its all about the money for the county...

Last night we stopped in to get my daughter a car seat my husband me our 3 daughters and my niece had just walked thru the doors and put the children in buggies my husband stopped to tie one of our daughters shoes when an officer grab him by the arm and told him he was being detained for shoplifting really we just walked in the door my children were hysterical so I go to speak to the officer about what was going on he told me to shut up or he would arrest me to tried to explain we had just walked in the door and it wasnt us he was looking for finally they went to speak to someone that told them it wasnt us but still I think the situation could have been handled a little differently than it was and one of the officers was so rude especially in front of my children will never visit this store again .I understand they were doing their job but feel it couldve been handled in a different manner in front of small children.

I have been shopping here every since the opening of this location over the years the service gets worse and worse. Why would you hire greeters instead of opening registers so the general public does not have to wait forever to check out? Good look finding assistance in any department. I went there to buy a watch waited at the jewelry counter 15 minutes for someone to help me come to find out the girl working was trying to take her break and had to cut her break short to help me. Which I am positive she was not paid for it. What a sorry GREEDY company they are to work for. They treat the employees like crap low wages benefits suck and they are making an astronomical amount of money every year. I wish someone would come in and compete with the low prices and get rid of them. Shame on you GREEDY folks your employees make the company run.

Rude staff dont go in late at night the stock crews will not let you down an isle and will be rude about it. It seems they have a lot of meetings on the floor during the day between managers so maybe just maybe they could have a meeting about the rudeness of their night shift and maybe they will tell them to keep isle clear so someone can get down them but Im not going to hold my breath because I have verbally voiced my opinion before and the manager could care less. Maybe Walmart corporate should visit this place

During regular season, there are never ever enough cashiers ... also given the size of the store and the FAT people that commander them , people like me that need a cane to walk short distances can never ever get a mobile cart to ride on. This is a combination of problems ...1)not having nearly enough carts and 2)causing people like me to pass up shopping there often times. Maybe a solution to this during peak hours would be to have a greeter "check out" the carts according to need and demand.

It would be a lot better if there wasnt homeless people at every entrance and exit and in the parking lot when you come to the store.... They really just need to go inside and apply for a job... I have no idea why Walmart corporate put up with this or Barrow County Sheriffs Department for that matter. Its totally ridiculous Im going to start shopping somewhere else. And the only reason why I put a star on there is because you cannot post a review without posting a star which is ridiculous as well

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to.. First they told me they could transfer my prescription to their pharmacy and it would take a few minutes, then I waited for about 30 minutes for them to tell me I would be 25 more minutes, then after the 25 minutes they said it was against their policy to transfer prescriptions. One lady in particular at the pharmacy really pushed my buttons, she could barely speak english and her accent was not understandable. Way to go Walmart.

I hate this Walmart. I cringe when I even think about it. All the employees are very rude and disrespectful. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The store itself is nasty, there is always trash in the isles on the product because their customers dont even have the decency to throw it away. Every time I buy an appliance, I have to return it because it ALWAYS breaks. I will stick to Publix and Kroger for my groceries. And I will go to Target if I need anything else.

Its a Walmart in a rural area, so theres no way it could earn 5 stars. Staff is mostly old people who openly show how much they hate their lives so its impossible to ask for help with finding anything. Customers show up in whatever they feel like, which means baggy ripped jeans, pajamas, or anything else they manage to squeeze in to. Prices are ok. If you live north of here consider going to the Walmart in Oakwood, it is much nicer, bigger, and more civilized.

Watch out getting a credit card through walmart. After having the card for two years and not missing a payment they randomly drop my credit limit on my account just before Christmas. The credit score they provided to me as their reason for lowering my limit wad actually higher than when I originally got the card. They are highly unethical and treat people like they are stupid. I wish walmart would go bankrupt and allow better local stores to take its place.

I have used this walmart plenty of times and found nothing exceptional about it until today when an employee named Deanna in the electronics department helped me today find an excellent deal on an iPhone I wanted a iPhone se that was $650+/- She when out of her to find me a 6plus that was a better phone cheaper and with a better plan Thank you Deanna so much this world would be a better place with more people like you!!!!! Its a decent Walmart, but most the employees there are college students and they could care less about working there, which is not a big problem for me because Im in and out quick. Know what Im getting before I get in there. On the other hand, Ive seen other customers having a REALLY hard time getting help from some of the employees. I usually help at least to people when I run in on average.
