I usually dont frequent this Target location. I typically do like shopping their stores, but this one seems to always be out of many items once you get beyond the clothing & toy department. It also seems to be especially difficult to locate assistance here without going all the way up to the cashier area if its not prime shopping time (i.e. weekend afternoons). Hunting for assistance in electronics (needing items unlocked) or furniture is way more difficult than it needs to be. Also, if youre purchasing furniture and an item you want appears to be out of stock, its probably worth tracking someone down because 9 times out of 10 they have another in the backroom, it just hasnt been stocked. This has been a recurring issue here and is a big part of why I now usually go to their other location on Airport Highway. Also, the smell coming from their Snack Shop when you first enter the store... Its somewhere between stale popcorn and dirty bathroom. Its probably just a misfortune of the way the air circulates, but it is quite strong and unpleasant. Overall though, the rest of the experience is good. The people are always kind & friendly (once I find them), they carry many products I like, and theres always a good selection of sale and clearance items. Theyve got plenty of parking, an easy to access location, and the store itself seems clean and well kept.

Not always the best stocked with Video Games and accessories, but we love coming here for toys and clothing. Seasonal nick-knacks are always fun to grab here but their home-improvement or household tools and accessories are commonly lacking in choices and more expensive than competitors. Travel-sized needs are great to find here and their book/movie/CD collection is usually one of the best. Theyve added a good amount of memorabilia for gifts and for collecting, making coming here for licensed shopping a good choice. Our kid loves getting a popcorn and we split a delicious Icee from their snack area for a fun shopping trip.

Noone is ever in the departments when I need help. The cashiers look mad or bored. Im never greeted. Customer service is so important but not here and thats unfortunate because I like the quality of the clothes. The other day I walked around looking for someone for at least 5 minutes because I wanted to buy an ice cream machine and I couldnt find any on the shelves but online it said I could purchase in store. The only workers I saw were on registers and I walked through each department because I really wanted that ice cream machine. Tisk tisk.

Your typical Target. Would really like to see it remodeled and potentially made into a larger Target with grocery. There are already a large number of big box stores in the area so Im not sure that it would make sense economically for this to happen. It isnt usually busy during the times we go, which is appreciated. Overall, just your run of the mill Target. Nothing too spectacular but a refresh would be nice.

I was at target today and walked out. My cart was half full and I pushed it off to the side and went to Meijers. There were no cashiers at all. This is terrible customer service. If Target maintains this decision to not have cashiers and have only self serve cash registers I will no longer shop at your store.

Easy to get to and from. Its located in the same parking lot as T.J. Maxx and The Home Depot. Mixed experiences with staff here. Some good, some not so good. For the most part theyre helpful, but other times, it seems as though youre burdening some for asking for assistance.

This location is newer and well managed. Their snack counter hours are random. I wanted to grab a hot dog for dinner and it was closed. The cashier said they were understaffed. Not sure if thats a regular thing but just wanted to mention.

I heard one employee to tell another employee to "watch" me and my boyfriend. I have an amazing job and I dont dress like a bum. I get that they need to watch people but it is supposed to be discreet. Dont treat people like thieves!!!!

Its a nice Target, exactly what youd expect. The wife always wants to shop here and I never plan on getting anything for myself but it turns out that I always leave with something for both of us.

Always a clean fairly well stocked Target. Sadly it is the closest one to me, 30ish miles. (sad because I need one in Findlay OH).
